first condo i ever stayed at where their were no beach toys in it and you had to go to the office to buy a little box of soap powder and dryer sheets. Usually those have been provided for at least two washes.

Location. Location. Location! Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Located 1 block away from shopping/dining/tourist area. John's Pass on Madeira Beach. It's a timeshare and has a full kitchen and washer/drier.

The place was spotless, extremely clean. Staff was great and very helpful. The Beach was the best part, short walk, great view of the sunset!

Very little bad to say about the property. The only comment being one of our sofas had a very bad stain on it and the place could really do with updating but for the price on the location it was amazing hence the five stars.

Absolutely slap bang on the beach! Gorgeous area. Very nice and clean pool area and facilities around it such as grill were kept extremely well. We had a two bed two bathroom apartment with an oversized deck, which was amazing and overlooks the sea, the building itself, and the furnishings, etc. are outdated, but kept very well so this didn’t matter that much

Children are not very welcome. There are many rules for pool use. Indeed most people that go there seem to want a very quiet stay.

The floor could have used a mopping but no biggie. Hard to lock the door properly when leaving.

The room was really nice. Bedding was really clean. Beach access was awesome. We had a huge deck off our back door was so cool.

The only changes I would make to the unit is to install longer curtains in the main bedroom, updated (make bigger) the bathroom in the master suite and update the other bathroom. The pool is also rather small to accommodate all the guests there. I would be amazing to see a larger pool or an additional pool installed somehow.

The property is located in a great location right on Madeira Beach and walking distance from John’s Pass. We loved our stay and plan to stay again! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything. The unit came stocked with all eating utensils and extra garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, and paper towels. We also loved that it had a washer and dryer inside the into. Huge plus!!

The penthouse 601 was really great. Elevator works well. All things in Condo were great. BUT, I have never slept on harder beds in my life. People love to go somewhere and sleep in a comfortable bed. Everyone was so friendly. Family friendly, great location. Pool is nice but too small for # of units. Hot tub is great but over chlorinated. Very clean, inside and out. Beach was great and well cared for. Unfortunately red tide was a part of our bad luck that week. Overall, it looked like the nicest condo on Maderia Beach.

Dolphins every morning. The sea birds flying so close you could almost touch them. The sand is awesome. Tons of restaurants to choose from. Affordable gift shops. No vagrants, anywhere! SAFE!

room 205 has no view of the guld/beach unless you lean over the balcony. nothing extra in the apartment. no beach towels or chairs. there were no baggies, oil, salt or pepper. nothing extra. a broom but no dust pan.

room appeared and smelled clean. however, the floor was not clean.

the condo, was not very clean, crumbs in the cabinet from the toaster, floors were dirty.

convenient to the beach and access to Johns pass was right across the street.

Upon entry the condo had a damp smell which would not go away. All of our belongings have retained the smell since coming home. Our condo was directly next to the pool pump which ran continuously. I think that this should be included in the description of the condo.

The pool and hot tub were lovely. The location was excellent.
