No in room amenities. No refrigerator no coffee maker. Super noisy!! Just a basic room with only view if you go on your patio and look around corner. Not great for $375 per night

The room cleanliness could have been a little better. The shower when we first arrived probably could have done with a clean as it still had hair in it.House keeping was not good. House keeping is only done every second day which is fine but we weren't told this. Even when house keeping was done they don't clean the room just replace the towels and make the bed. Other than this the hotel was amazing and we absolutely loved our stay here.

We booked a partial ocean view room which gave us actually An amazing view. we loved our room. Bed was super comfy and the room was a decent size. Location was amazing as it was across the road from the water which was really nice. Shops down the bottom of the hotel were amazing. The pool in the hotel was nice with a good view of the water.

Due to high winds the first night that banged against the wall and windows made it sound as though a hurricane was in town. Requested to another room at 4a.

Room only cleaned every 2nd day and sadly asked for three days for shampoo and body wash to be replenished and it never was. Disappointing lack of amenties - not even shower caps provided.

One of the pool staff couldn’t get his name after the interaction, but was very condescending and rude when my wife asked him a question on where to get beach towels versus pool towels.

Josh at the concierge was amazing, got us set up with Pearl Harbor tour and was only able to do the tour because of his ability to explain how it works and then to make it happen. Great guy and definitely enjoys what he does!

Hotel websites had a much Better deal than Booking.com - found out after we had booked it - which was non- refundable- little too late Parking is not included with Booking.com but was included with the Hotel Deal

My main complaint was that we were not given the Kamaaina rate which includes less costly parking, and more, because we booked through Booking.com even though we went through the Alohilani site. We could prove that we lived in Hawaii with our driver's licenses, but it didn't matter to them, because we didn't book with them, even if that had been our intention. I guess next time we will have to book by phone, which I assume neither one of us would prefer.

We have been staying at this hotel for years, back to the Pacific Beach days, and have always enjoyed staying there.

Being in a room close to where they were water blasting the breakfast area until almost 2am My daughter had a strange beeping sound one night coming from inside the wall between bathroom and beds, which was a little annoying. Picture on the website are also a little mis leading. They show lovely cabanas up by the pool area which when you get there are all roped of and reserved. Would have liked to have known this prior.

Beautiful spacious rooms and comfort table beds, right opposite Waikiki beach. Good not ask for a better position. A very quick 5 minute walk back to the main hub, but plenty of dinning options all around.

Bed felt slightly uncomfortable as mattress felt uneven. Cleaning of the room happens every 2nd day and one day we didn’t get it cleaned as it had to be scheduled before 2pm which is annoying as you pay high resort fee. Parking is pricey but I believe that is a standard for Waikiki. Wifi speed is slow.

The hotel is very modern, well designed and in great location.

We've had a family discussion and we have had to think hard to recall anything we didn't like - which means that there was nothing the stood our as being disliked.

Location was perfect: straight across the road from the beach, 10 minute walk to Honolulu Zoo, great access to shopping on the strip and conveniently located to one of the pick up points for tours/factory shop shuttles.

Our room was smaller than we thought it would be. We were surprised about this because the pictures made it look like it was bigger. I didn't like the $50 parking fee every night, but it was very beneficial to have our own car to travel the island.

Location is excellent with a close walk to Waikiki beaches and shopping. We loved the fitness center and pool/hot tub. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was not great, not a lot of options, no juice on show and was not advised until last day it could be requested. Very expensive also as we had to pay for our child. We booked the room with breakfast provided but upon arrival they only provided vouchers for 2 persons when we booked 3 in the room. The hotel rooms are old style with no privacy at bathroom area and toilet and shower room very small.

The staff were great, the fitness sweet and pool area was excellent
