Bathroom doesn't have ventilation and the room could be cleaner

The location is the best when staying in Waikiki. All in all it is a good hotel, has a variety of shops/restaurants around. Offer beach rentals.

Shower and toilet room were very small but adequate.

Good sized room with comfortable bed. Lots of electrical outlets. Great thermostat. Lots of drawer space. Very spacious lobby. ABC store at ground level was very convenient. Laundry machines were easy to use and $3 per load. In room coffee machine filled up pretty fast with used cups. Had to empty every day.

Our coffee machine wasn’t working. Not much info provided by concierge upon check in. No mini bar. V expensive bar at the pool however relative to the rest of Hawaii.

Excellent location. The view from the room was great! Great facilities, rooftop pool was great. Gym was also excellent.

We only had a minor issue with coffee & tea provided in our room, there was no Black Tea Pods we had to ask several times to get it right. Coming from Australia we are Tea drinkers not coffee drinkers. Finally reception ladies sorted this out after a couple of days.

The closeness to the beach, shops, restaurants & bus service. Very clean, spacious room. Staff friendly & accommodating.

Room noise is something to consider, for a few nights we had incredibly noisy neighbours and the noise does travel. The balcony doors while lovely don't really do much at all to keep the outside noise out. The pool deck can get incredibly busy so either get there early or be patient to find a bed.

I don't think this place could be in a better location; it's perfect. You are less than a minute walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants/cafes/bars/shops etc. Views from the room were nice, we had a partial ocean view of which the partial ocean was stunning, the partial Foster Tower not so great :) But all in all, grand. Wi-fi was fast, down for a day but I guess that's out of the properties hands. The pool deck was beautiful, staff were very friendly, room was cleaned every other day.

Check in process could have been better. We didn't have WiFi for the first day and a half, and most of the lifts were down on our las day.

The view, the clean room, the comfy bed and fluffy pillows were the best. The only thing missing was a microwave but it was not necessarily a big issue.

The WiFi crashed two days before we checked out, but it was whole property, so just bad timing. We had to ask specifically for more conditioner and tissues in the bathroom. Every other day service was absolutely fine though, everyday would have been too much. Room service priced us out of the game.

Excellent location, Kuhio Beach end of Waikiki. Access to the hotel directly from the street through a front/side access; we hardly ever walked through the reception area. Staff were excellent, always polite and happy to help with anything.

I paid so many fees. I brought takeaway food and wanted to sit next to the pool and eat and they didn’t let us. The full ocean view king room is actually partial view.

Location is amazing right, the beach is across the street. Best breakfast place eggs n things is on the corner of the street.

The curtains and rug showed their age and had a fair amount of staining. Needs to be refreshed especially for the price of the room.

Room wasn't very big. Bathroom was tiny making it difficult to move. Cleaning only offered every other day. Pool was ridiculously crowded - we couldn't find a single spot. Noise from the pool music at night bothered us. The elevators were not working properly. Sometimes we waited over 10 minutes so then everyone crowded in. One night the elevator got stuck and the fire department had to rescue the people trapped. Honolulu is just too noisy and crowded. Not relaxing. Our son and his wife ended up moving to the Royal Hawaiian for a calmer vibe.

Beds were comfortable. We had a nice view of the ocean as well as Diamond Head. Liked having an espresso machine in the room. Location right across from Waikiki.

Wished the outdoor bar had stayed open after 10pm!

Clean, modern with fantastic outdoor bar/pool area. Rooms are bright and very comfortable. Great value for money. Will definitely come back.

Housekeeping is every other day only. (with on option of skipping more days for $15 credit per room vs per person). Espresso/coffee maker in the room needs to have clear instructions for ease of operation. Queen bed seems smaller than the one I have at home?
