Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI requested a crib for my son who is autistic I didn’t receive it, the doors didn’t lock you had to use the metal bar at the top of the door, the garbage cans were too small there were not enough towels the shampoo dispensers in the shower didn’t work. The continental breakfast was stale. The booking sight said there was a pool and when we arrived there wasn’t totally horrible trip

United StatesI requested a non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone just used a crack and cigarette. Another this is that the place is not safe. My husband went back to our car to rest because he could not stay in the room for long, he saw a white truck changing parking spots and seemed like checking on the other cars parked in the area. We decided to leave because the smell caused us a headache and we were worried that someone might break into our car after less than 30 minutes of staying in the room. I requested a refund through booking but the management was unresponsive.

United StatesThis place is poorly managed and broken items are not fixed. The toilet was not bolted down, the shower head was disgusting withblackmold. The a/c vents were not any better. The ice machines were broken and have been for a while. Laundry out of order. Lobby bathroom out of order. They don't even replace burnt-out lights- there were 3 in my room alone. Free wifi? Try wifi so weak that it doesn't work. The bell cart wheels were so unwieldy that I had trouble using it. When I was unable to get it back to the door and finally gave up aftera struggle, rather than helping me, the counter guy who'd obviously been watching, came out to scream at me for leaving it near the door. I left early without a refund because I was so unhappy. I asked for extra ice trays which the hotel confirmed, when both machines were out of order, they did not even offer to reimburse me for the cheap little ice chest I had to purchase. If you're looking to sleep on a piece of plywood this is the place. The bed was hard as a rock. I travel frequently for business and have never ever had such a bad experience. Avoid this place at all costs.
