Extremely trashy on the outside

What I expected for the price I paid extremely trashy on the outside pictures were taken that was unacceptable at the price we pay

The check-in process was very old school. Paper and pen type check-in. The rooms could’ve been a bit updated as well but weren’t terrible.

For the price, it was pretty decent. Right off the freeway and fairly quiet overall. Good bang for your buck for just a quick overnight stay.

I was given a room in the back of the building, at midnight, the light in the room didn't work and it dark and was creepy with construction trash everywhere. breakfast was cancelled and maid service was cancelled

The beds are awful, Pillows were flat flat flat, Needs tons of cosmetic upgrades. Advertised breakfast however when we arrived they did not have breakfast. The room smelled old and musty and was not very clean.

As the hotel is currently being renovated, this review is probably not fair but Booking.com should have stated it was under renovation. The parking lot is all torn-up, some rooms are taped-up, the place is dirty with construction debris & dust everywhere, and by far, the worst is the room we entered was infested with crickets. We could not stay at this facility.

The hotel manager was extremely courteous and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a good accommodation and made arrangements at another hotel (for more money) and even checked with us later to ensure we were satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased!

There is no breakfast at this location. No coffee. All vending machines were broken. Ice machines broken. Trash all over parking lot. Doordidnt close all the way. Burned out car right in front of my room

Due to the remodeling there was a lot of pallet piled up and materials. This could have been done a little better. Also there was a lot of trash from an RV park next door. All in all though I will stay again

No outside lights anywhere beds sheets where dirty no towels door didn’t hardly close water had a smell office guy was weird at check in packing lot has an abandoned car that has no windows and graffiti all over it. This is the nasty and sketchy place. Toilet has nasty brown ring inside.

The toilet ran all night, the outlets didn’t work, and the water pressure sucked. It was not worth the money we paid. I don’t recommend staying here.

the ice machines on every floor were broken. No hair conditioner or body lotion with the room. Mattress was in need of being replaced. We were scheduled for two nights but stayed only one. When I went to the desk to check out the man at the desk just kept repeating for me to put the room key in the bowl so not sure if we were charged for both nights and he wouldn't let me do a proper check out. Will absolutely not stay at this hotel again.

it was dirty. there was a french fry between our sheets. ice machine wasn’t working so ask the desk help for ice. he brought ice out in his non gloved hands and put in my bucket
