United StatesThe smoke smell even though it’s supposed to be non smoking, the out dated “dirty” dingy look to the rooms, the old window coverings they look gross and smell bad, the fridge doesn’t seem to get very cold, there was some potentially questionable activity in parking lot on different occasions that kind of made me worry about my vehicle, the room is definitely over priced for the condition of the rooms and hotel.
The fact that it has a hot tub in the room, but it’s definitely over priced per night. The hotel is out of date, smells like cigarettes, have seen some questionable activity in the parking lot, but it’s the only one I’ve found with a hot tub in the room in Murfreesboro. The staff was nice

United Statesthey tried to make me leave a day early and was rude when I asked for a Do Not Disturb sign. had to ask for a different room when we got there they had cockroaches. treated me like shot afterwards for the next two days. I will never go back there. also the room had the same bed sheets from the people who stayed before. if I wasn’t homeless and needs a bed I would of left and call the better business bureau on them. they would of got condemned for dirtiest hotel in the state.

the jacuzzi tub was pretty nice even though I had to clean it myself to make sure it was legitimately cleaned.

United StatesThe room was poorly maintained. The hot tub had sunk and the caulk had separated. The bed needed -desperately- to be replaced. Honestly the condition made me think it was the kind of place you rented by the hour. The woman who checked us in was nice. The staff tried to let themselves into the room about 2 hours before check out the only thing that stopped them was the security latch on the door. I honestly would not stay here again simply because they did that. They also got into a yelling match with someone in another room because they had not left the room and it was a couple (think 5 or maybe 10) minutes past check out. Yes it was past check out but really yelling at them about it and trying to barge into the room. Not Cool
The room was cheap and the hot tub worked. I also liked who I was with.

United StatesI did not like housekeeping jiggling the door and knocking each morning for a while and then having loud conversations outside my door. It wasn't very clean, and I found a few hairs on the sink and wrappers in the tub. The only outstanding part was having a spa tub in my room, but it wasn't worth the price.

United StatesAny hotel I get, I bring my own cleaning supplies and the bathtub was disgusting! You could see the grease and dirt from whoever stayed before!!!! Also the room I got, the pillows didn't have pillowcases and had mold and big stains on them!! The some staff are good, but could be better with attitudes, how they use their tone when you have just walked up to them!

It's in a decent spot right off the interstate and the clerk was very nice and even brought us up a microwave cuz room didn't have it but the other room I rented had blood on the sheets so that ruined it completely

I was quoted one price for a two week stay but then when I went back the next day to pay for the two weeks sthe girl The female that was working the front desk LA shanda. Whatever her name ishould not even be up there in customer service her attitude her body language she was very rude to me when I stated that I was. Given was by the owner. Herself this girl consisted in arguing with me and telling me no that was one week and I said no she quoted me on a two week because I even To verify that it was a 2 week stay when I was told yes and in the $70 extra from my so this girl grabs her phone walks. Away from the front desk goes into a room shuts the door and proceeds to call. He said he was the night manager. I'm assuming it was her father and her boyfriend or whoever he was. He was just as rude as she was when he came up to the front mind. It wasn't the owner he was just the night guy I proceeded to To be very rude to me also so then I just paid One nighthat aint paid soon. To? Charge me a. 100? And $70 then 10 more dollars for my dog. So? That when I went to my room the key would not work. So I walked backup to the front desk to tell him. My key does not wfrom my room so he reprogram my key. But there was a Roma in the main office at the front desk. It's not like marijuana was smoked in the price that I paid there was nothing included. It didn't have a pool. Like it stated online ahead said free breakfast doesn't even have a kitchen area and no 2 even have free breakfast so the prices that I was charged this. Was all supposed to be included so they did not take off for not having a pool or no breakfast which I don't think that's fair you can charge. That type of rating. And advertise that you have it and then don't? I hope this reaches the owner of the place and let them know how this is being ran so yesterday Monday afternoon. I'm doing my Landre the girl lashanda.

United StatesThe property was NOT as advertised. There were people hanging out as if they lived there. Looked like the type of place you pay by the hour. Looked like a drug hub. The hotel itself was in shambles. There was no lobby, only someone behind a glass window. There was no breakfast as advertised. The area was a true city with tons of traffic and cops flying around with sirens on. My first concern was safety and the guys hanging over the rails were a concern.
Nikki, at the window, was great. She read my body language and offered me free cancellation.
