It's hard to find anything of a good price-quality ratio in Kalispell. My rating would have to be significantly lower for a less popular city. I stayed in another Americas Best Value hotel on my way to Kalispell, in Kennewick, and it was twice as cheap, yet everything was better, cleaner, newer. But if you compare to other options you have in Kalispell, it's not that bad. So my rating is based on these assumptions.

Location, comfy bed, cleanness was ok.

The bed was a little firm for my liking. And the toilet made me feel like I was sitting on the floor lol.

It was a convenient location for my trip. Only a couple minutes from the courthouse. It was a very cute hotel. Had a cozy feel to it. Had an abundance of lighting.

Dirty everywhere and filthy carpet. I never took off my sandals while showering or walking around the room. The chairs were absolutely filthy. I covered them with a towel so I could sit on them. Please clean this place up! The beds are a nightmare. Springs that feel like they are coming right through the mattress. The worst I've ever tried to sleep on.

It was a place to shower and try to sleep. I appreciate having a refrigerator and a hook to hang my towel on in the bathroom. The location was ok on the north end of town. But just barely ok. I was glad I brought my Lysol spray disinfectant

You can hear vehicles all night even with windows shut. Neighbors were very noisy.

the mattresses were horrible. it was like sleeping on springs.

the morning desk manager was very helpful and nice. the tight desk manager was kind and helpful. breakfast was ok.

The price. Hotel prices in MT are ridiculous. This is an older model that needs the carpet replaced and some maintenance. The smell of pine sol was overpowering and unpleasant. There was a huge hair ball on the towel I dried off with.

Great staff!!Gentlemen at desk was so nice and helpful. He’s really the reason for the decent review. Breakfast was adequate.

It was in need of renovation. The room we were given had a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. we told the staff at the front fest about it when we left. Carpet is terrible.

We were given the same room as the week before… the bathroom ceiling had not been repaired are was still dripping over the toilet. We reported the issue at our last stay. We asked for and received a different room. The shower had hair on the walls. The room was old and in need of new carpet(dirty) and renovation. We discovered later that the refrigerator was not plugged in and our drinks were hot.

Soda machine broken, needs update. Wire's hanging from behind TV. No maide service until we left. I also believe I was over charged for what we got. Will check my paper work when I get home. I am sure my room was to be around 80.00 then the taxes.

There's no way around it: the place is dirty. The room was dirty, not particularly swept, with lots of hairballs and dust bunnies in the shower, under the beds, in the corners, on the tables. I don't really mind dirtiness in a cheap motel, and I didn't really mind the dirtiness here, but we couldn't help but notice it.

It was the cheapest room in Kalispell, and it was a relatively good value. The breakfast in the morning was good, we loved that there was plenty of coffee. In-room refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker was good, as well as multiple tables and chairs. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was helpful.

The price was rather high. But I understand it is a tourist area and they were the cheapest hotel I could find.

The carpet was dingy. Soap wasn’t refilled. Stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned if you didn’t ask. I booked the room through Booking.com and the price wasn’t the one it shows on the website. The manager said that the price fluctuate. Be sure to locked the price if you plan to stay here.

The burnt and black sign out front made me nervous that this would be a sketchy hotel. For the price and location, it was well worth it. I think it would be wise to fix or replace the sign. I almost thought the hotel was closed down because of how it looks outside.

The breakfast was small and needs better selection of stuff to eat. Inside our shower there was blood spatter on the ceiling. The room needs to be deep cleaned.

Properly was in a convenient place for the doctor appointment we had.

run down building, while the room itself was clean the building was not great. walls were also very thin. a sign at the front said no housekeeping and various things unavailable because of staff shortages - gave me the impression staff was probably not paid well and people had quit.

good location for spending one night before heading to the airport in the morning. nice bed and clean room.
