We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. She told us where the restaurants in town were located and how to get to them. The room was convenient, and parking was right outside the room. It wasn't spectacular, but it was clean.

United StatesWhen we arrived the AC was set at an uncomfortably low temperature and the room smelled like cleaning products. We adjusted the temperature to suit our needs and went to bed, in the morning we found that what we thought was cold was actually wet and moldy. My husband and I both have mold allergies and, as he has cancer, my husband has not yet recovered. Remember you pushed me for this review.

United StatesThey didnt have the room I booked gave me a double bed room instead. The bathtub was filthy had a ring around it. The floor was dirty and broken away in the bathroom. The drawers had dirt in them the ac vents were filthy (I have copd) and the dirt from them aggravated my medical condition. There was no phone in the room. The bath tub didmit have the stopper but didnt matter it took 30 minutes to drain after taking a shower
