Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe exterior of the property needs to be pressure washed, the building painted, the hallway carpet needs replacing, and there are loose tiles on the first floor walkway. Other guests at the hotel were a bit sketchy, with it readily apparent there were several "full-time" residents. I would not bring my family to the location, but it worked for me.
The property is centrally located, and the room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy and abundant.

United StatesSome of the other guests staying there were a little sketchy. For example, a man & woman staying in the room next door to me stayed up all night to rummage through their car all night long, right next to the rooms. She would yell out to him from the balcony like it was the middle of the day. This went on for all the days I was there. Another sketchy couple in the room below mine. The guy would wander the parking lot all day and all night, just wandering around looking at everyone. Weird. But nothing violent or real scary...just sketchy. I would stay there again because its cheap and convenient, and I'm a single guy, but I would not bring my family to stay there.

United StatesRooms were disgusting. Advertised free breakfast. Nope its being used for a storage room. As you can see by the pictures it definitely not temporary. Black mold above A/C - heater unit that the wall paper was stapled to the wall. Rust in tubs, shower rod falling down. Friends room had a lamp shade that someone burnt " puto bech . Don't get me started on the towels and wash clothes. I've herd people talking about sand paper towels never experienced it until now. WOW. They hurt when drying your self off. Carpet looked like someone threw up on it many times i never took off my shoes I was too afraid. Gym and Jacuzzi were also closed. And the Jacuzzi had something white floating on top of the water.
