I would prefer an option like an electric kettle to make coffee in the room. The room was very noisy, there was a vent that carried noise and also noise seemed to come from the walls

The parking lot was small. The room could use a microwave.

Loved that it was within walking distance of downtown since parking is very limited. We had to leave a day earlier than we planned due to a family emergency and Anvil did refund us for one night. We greatly appreciate that.

Dusty!

The property needs some weed abatement and cleaning up in the back. It was overgrown and unkempt. The rooms need some cleaning detailing: shelves, light bulbs, curtains...patches in throw rugs were a trip hazard.

We had a room on the first floor, 201, there was a guest staying upstairs above us that had cowboy boots on go in and out of the hotel all night. We finally were able to fall asleep about 2 am when he took his boots off and went to sleep. It was the most expensive room we stayed in and the least satisfied with it. Room remodels are needed from bathrooms to bedding.

Very few parking spaces available. Floor had a "hiccup" in one spot that made it difficult to walk for a person with problem feet (uneven).

Nice accommodations. Liked the old-timey feel of the place. Proximity to the rest of town & nearby attractions was appreciated.

For the price, I would probably splurge a little more for a different hotel in the area. It’s cute and trendy but that’s about it. Cheap interior and finishings, creaky bed, and old and loud air system.

Shower seem to have mold , no hooks to hang things, one small window no view, parking limited, it says, it’s an upscale boutique hotel, yes to the lobby and far from it in the room.

The room we originally got was absolutely tiny (almost laughably so?) no chair or anything. But the concierge upgraded us with no charge and we really appreciated that.

Personally, knowing that we were coming in as tourist, it would’ve been nice if the staff would have given us events that were taking place during the time of our stay. As a customer checks in, perhaps the staff should ask if there is anything in particular they are looking to do during their stay. Build conversation with the client.

i could hear a lot of sounds of people outside through my door when it was closed. i could hear people walking by very clearly.

I had everything I needed and more in my room! the tap water tasted pretty good too.

the staff could have made it better. they weren’t very friendly and it felt like a bother to ask a question. They had headphones in and were on their phones a lot so just felt very odd to approach them.

drainage from the sink in our room was very slow and the plug hole was a bit blocked up and could do with clearing out.

We had a bizarre check in experience. We arrived in Jackson Hole around noon, texted asking for our earliest check in time and we’re told guaranteed checkin was 4 pm. We ate lunch, looked around town, then showed up at the Anvil slightly before 3pm and asked if there was any chance our room was ready. Again told guaranteed check in was 4pm. Since we had started our trip before dawn we asked them to text us when our room was ready and sat in their lobby, obviously looking like tired travelers. Around 3:30 a different employee noticed us and asked if we were ready for our room. It seems to have been ready for a while, but the first employee was going to make us wait until 4pm. Hospitality minus.
