There wasn't an indoor pool.

The room was bigger than expected. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of items.

The only complaints I have is I guess my room was right beside the staircase and every time someone would go up and down you could hear it till they reached the top/bottom

The breakfast was delicious the room was nice clean and everything I expected I didn’t know this when I booked it but my room also a ceiling fan and I could control my heat and air in my room by the thermostat

The room I booked was not available for an unknown reason when I arrived…at midnight. No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know so that I could agree to the change (two rooms instead of one) or choose different accommodations. My review would be much lower if the man who was working the front desk when I arrived hadn’t been so nice and helpful.

Very clean, very nice rooms. The man who checked us in was extremely helpful when the room I booked was somehow not available when I arrived. Breakfast was good, and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly.

Limited number of dining options within walking distance. Had to wait several minutes at front desk yelling “hello, anybody there?” for key assistance before the desk manager (who was chatting outside with friends) noticed me standing there and came in to help.

Clean and comfortable suite. The proparty is located in a quiet light-commercial area close to major roads and highways but far enough to avoid noise and excess traffic.

No complaints at all. I would recommend not charging for pets at all, simply because at this hotel (and 2 others from other chains on this same trip) I was advised that "if it's a service animal, there is no charge." I think the person was being helpful in advising me of this fact. I was not completely being encouraged to lie but could have lied to just have my dog's stay be free. Instead, another competing hotel chain just welcomes pets for free. No charge, size limit or deposit, etc.. but you seem to be assigned to a room on the "pets" designated floor. Because of this, I would have stayed at that chain without even researching anywhere else, if there was a location in Lexington.

The parking at this hotel needs major upgrades. Handicap parking is almost nonexistent, with the markings all worn off on the four spots on the north side of the building . Those spots were always taken by vehicles with no handicap placard or tag. The handicap spots on the south side, next to pool, have no ramps for wheelchair access. Hotel needs to address this issue because they are definitely not a handicap friendly hotel.

I feel like the carpet throughout could use a good cleaning and the floor in kitchen area of the room seemed a little sticky. But I don't go barefoot anywhere, just a suggestion!

The location is great, close to anything anyone would want or need! The hotel pool, which I might add had a handicap lift and the hotel itself was very accessible. The pool, breakfast and amenities were nice. Comfortable seating outside, even a seating area for us smokers! This would be my choice hotel when staying in Lexington.

The living room could have used more than just a couch. An extra chair would go a long way for family use of the suite. Breakfast house could be extended.

We really loved the one-bedroom suite with the 2 beds and the sofa bed was new and very comfortable. The room was well designed and had all the facilities mentioned in the booking.com website. Overall, we enjoyed our brief one-day stay in this hotel.

Thermostat did not work. I had to replace batteries. TV was old and color was off. Ask to replace butt never did. Lack of maintenance people on staff. Expensive for what we received.

No laundry detergent in the laundry room. Had to make an extra trip to the front desk.
