Great location, close to everything yet away from the busy noisy Waikiki strip. Room nice & spacious, clean and most comfy bed. Beach just a short stroll away.

Over 9 nights the room was only serviced once. Limited supply of, or no availability of tea/coffee, crockery, cutlery, and the like.

The 1st room was super small and had no balcony. I think it was too much bed for the size of the room maybe a queen would be just fine.

The 1st room was kinda of like being pushed into a broom closet- asked to be moved and had no problems, the 2nd room had a nice sized couch So we did like the accommodation.

The hotel rooms are owned by individual investors. This toom was more worn than previous. The room price continues to rise decreasimg value for money criteria. $300/ nite is too high. They need to find bwtter price point

Had a microwave but no other eating facilities such as plates and cutlery so pretty useless really. Lighting could have been better over and around the wall mirror as my wife had difficulty doing her hair and makeup. Lack of room service saw us chasing around looking for the housekeeping staff for a change of towels every day.

Location right opposite the Hilton Hawaiian Resort and 10 minutes from the beach. Plenty of eating places close by. We had a great American breakfast at the Korean restaurant next door, not cheap but then nothing is in Hawaii these days. Hotel is part hotel and part rented apartments. Room service was not available when we were there and I would have appreciated being told when I made the initial booking. Reception and concierge staff were excellent.

The pool was dull should have a bit more atmosphere with some plants and lighting. Did not need many of the facilities though as there was alot of other attractions to see.

The bed was comfortable. The location was reasonable, we were able to get the trolly bus outside reception which was very handy. a short walk to the beach and shopping centre. the room was a good size for two people, not that you would spend much time in the room when you have lots of exploring to do. breakfast at the IHop downstairs was also a bonus. Would have liked a discount voucher through the Motel though.

The air conditioning was rather noisy.

The staff were fantastic and assisted us with early check in which after a long overnight flight was much appreciated. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Good location, for us.

The housekeeping only comes if you stay longer than certain amount of days (I believe once in 7 days if you stay for at least 7 days). Wasn‘t a big issue for us, but it is smth to be aware of.

Very nice location, close to the beach / Hilton Village and many nice restaurants and shops. The bus stop to and from the airport is very close. Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Thanks Kasey for your help throughout our stay. Beach towels and laundry room are a plus.

I would like the hotel to consider room cleaning every 2 to 3 days rather then the present 4 days schedule especially for a 2 week stay. Considering this a beach resort area the bathroom really does need to be cleaned every two days. The guest should also be given a cleaning schedule-at least the days if not the time (A.M or P.M.) as it would help plan their day. The lighting was extremely inadequate as only one desk lamp was available in our room. In the evening with the curtains closed it was extremely difficult to do any close work like reading or writing. Even one small lamp on the dresser would be most helpful. Bathroom lighting was adequate and two mirrors outside the bathroom was an excellent addition.

Location was excellent for bus stops, shopping, restaurants reasonably close to the beach. Our room had a deck with 2 chairs and a table which was lovely. Black out curtains, air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, reasonably sized frig., very good bathroom shower head with good water pressure and hot water as needed. Pool area very clean, hallways clear, vending machines and elevators that worked. The hotel is very well kept and hallways are quiet.

Bathroom was tight and room was only cleaned once. Me and my husband kept the room clean on our own on the other days though took trash out whenever we left. Wiped everything down with Lysol wipes and sprayed Lysol as well. Wasn’t too bad.

Exceptional location Lyft and Uber was always 5 mins or less away. Beach towels was provided as needed. Space in room was more than enough for 2 people.

I asked for a beach view room, but maybe it’s because of cost I booked online, they said it was not available. And I would have loved a higher floor, with better view. I was on 4th floor with some city view which was alright.

If you had breakfast, we didn’t know! Bed was very comfortable!

property is good value for Hawaii, but facilities are dated, gym is extremely small and poor. Pool is also small, and always busy. the rooms are decent sized and very clean. the staff are helpful and pleasant, and the location is within a short walk of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
