This was my second stay. The first time was phenomenal. This time the mattress in the master bedroom was miserable. I ended up sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room.

I had requested Coeur d'alene on booking.com and this place is about 30 minutes from there. Also, there were belongings from previous tenants.

I liked the scenery, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We were there off season and there was a lot of work being done outside. While the pool was open, the parking for the pool area was all posted no parking. It was too cold for walking down to the pool, or back, in a swim suit, so we did not use the pool.

I loved the apartment, how roomy, yet cozy, it was. The beds were very comfortable and the whole space was beautifully done.

We didn't appreciate the phone calls on the room land line phone during the night. Three times the phone rang during the night, saying, "We have a medical call for Vietnamese. Please enter your code. . . . " Being woken up during the night was frustrating. Also, there must be poor insulation in the ceiling and walls, as we were woken up during the night and early in the morning, from hearing the people above us walking around, talking and flushing toilets/taking showers.

The condo was spacious and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and nice. Although the drive around the lake is curvy and made my sister a little car sick, it was a beautiful secluded location with the lake and forests around. We loved being close to areas to hike and enjoy nature, as well as being close to Coeur d'Alene, which was a cute town with lots of fun shops to check out.

Signage on the road is poor. We missed it and had to turn around.

Covered parking, elevators, met Worldmark expectations, staff was friendly and offered suggestions of things to do in the area.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Cozy beds. Would visit again but will ensure they have a correct space for us to park.

Even though the staff called a week ahead to confirm and ask vehicle type (Nissan Titan truck), we were booked into a room with a COMPACT CAR size space. To no avail, parking in this spot was NOT possible. Our vehicle blocked up to the mid section of the drive path. VERY empty parking garage... When we called to let the front desk now (we checked in at about 10pm) we were told there was no other option and we would have to park in guest parking....very discouraging and disappointing. No apologies made. Just a warning to Park in the correctly marked (again 10pm) spots or our vehicle would be towed with no warning.

There was not anything we did not like.

We have been to Arrow Point with Worldmark several times. It is our favorite place to visit. The staff is wonderful and our condo and all that it provided was the best. We also love the underground parking!!

I had asked to have a quiet area to sleep because I work late and I get up early in the morning so I get less than 4 hrs of sleep. So my sleep is very valuable to me. Unfortunately The Staff put a family right above me and they were up late and.their kids were up early causing me to loose alot of sleep.. It was a bummer deal especially when the place was only at 25% capacity.. However this is not stopping me from booking again with them next month.. Thanks !!! For the awsome memories.. See you again soon !

Location, no stores, restaurants, coffee shops within a 25 mile driving down curves. Wish someone had told us there were no facilities on site. Information and properties maps are only accessible via electronic device (my iPhone would not hold the site and office has nothing printed for you to look at. Beach area was covered with goose poop

The only negative that I can say is that the sofa was not very comfortable. It was stiff and not very comfortable. It wasn’t a big issue for us as we were happier to sit on the balcony overlooking the lake.

The location was stellar! The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view. it was so nice to be able to cook or grill instead of having to eat out all the time.

staff mistakes unprofessional behavior unauthorized charges , customer service on the main number is absolutely no better!!

This property is gorgeous, however the staff, Management seem to believe annoying their guests and being snarky when they have made a HUGE mistake is not only unprofessional it’s down right disrespectful, they have charged me 360.00 over a booking price I paid in advance WE WILL NEVER stay here again
