Wasn’t greeted by the concierge upon arrival. Was told they served all day breakfast, when I went to see about this I couldn’t find anyone to take my order. Also realized they meant I’d have to pay for breakfast. Which I have no issue with, but saying they serve breakfast for me implied it was free. Wish they would’ve just clarified.

Very grateful to have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were kind and helpful, took my suitcase and put it on the bus for me. Was also able to check in early as I only went to stay during my layover.

The receptionist that I met when I checked in was so unprofessional and arrogant. I had a card saved on file and he refused to use it, asking for a "physical card" stating "It's the policy and that's how it works in all hotels around the world" 😔. I have been to many hotels in several countries and never have I had such a bad experience at check in, especially after a long and exhausting flight. The man, Emmanuel was his name, even went further by asking " Don't you have a credit card?" In a such a condensending manner, after I asked him again to use the card saved on file. He mostly forced me into using an additional card which I didn't have to. Later that same day, I asked Emmanuel a simple question about the parking modality for my car since I had to stay many days, but he almost dismissed me again and I had to figure things out on my own since he was the only receptionist that afternoon. It was only the next day that I, confused, clarified that matter with another receptionist who said that a second card wasn't necessary, and was able to use my previously saved card that was already on file. Ms. Lashona was very pleasant and professional, she apologized for the inconvenience and helped solved the issue swiftly.

The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The bedroom was quiet despite the proximity to the airport and very comfy. The restaurant at the hotel was very pricey though. Overall, nice place to stay.

Bathroom plumbing didn’t consistently produce hot water. Poor lighting. Room was extremely small.

The staff wasn't overly friendly. The restaurant was chaotic and slow. However, the food wasn't bad. Service was mediocre at best.

The sheets had old stains on them. I bring my own comforters, so it wasn’t a major problem. Still great stay!!

Checking was a mess as your systems froze when adding my Marriott number…, took almost 20min before I could get checked in. Also doesn’t look like my Marriott number was even added to my booking even though checkin said they added it.

The inside pool area needed some attention. Kind of gunky around the chairs and drains like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Check-in was a breeze. The valet and staff were just great! We literally came for the indoor/outdoor pool for the unofficial start of summer. The kids had a blast! My favorite thing about my stay was the bar! Great bartender. Margaritas were delish, and I'd go back for the burger alone. Split a chocolate cake with the kiddos, and it did not miss!!!

Most of all we liked the staff! All members of the staff that we were in touch with were really nice. Also, we lost cash in the front desk area without noticing and when we asked the next day whether they had found any money, they had all our cash in an enveloppe and were able to return it to us! We very much appreciated the staff’s honest handling of our lost funds!
