The Attwater was a perfect place for my friend and I to stay while on a quick midweek trip to Newport! The hotel is beautiful and quiet and walking distance to town. The complimentary tapas breakfast was perfect!!!

Our room was a bit small, but since we had only one luggage it was ok for us. Two items could have make it harder to move around.

The room we had was charming and clean. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast option were plenty and delicious. We would definitely stay there again

One of the staff members was a bit rude and looked annoyed when we asked some simple questions. The gentleman in the reception was very friendly though. Healthy Breakfast but I feel I needed few some things to make it complete for everyone's taste; few more savoury items would be great.

The one and only thing that could have been a little better was the bed. I found it on the harder side, but since my stay was so short and everything else was great, I didn’t care!

The Attwater was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! The bed and breakfast was in the perfect location, walking distance to the downtown area and shops. Peter was phenomenal and was so kind! Everything was awesome, I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was perfectly fine, but a little cold in temrs of engagemente with the client. There was no outlet next to the bed or the nightstand. Not a huge problem but a little weird in this day and age.

Very nice location far from the busy part of Newport but still walking distance from everything. Room was modern but coozy and very big. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Some items in the room could use a little fixing up but did not negatively affect the stay.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and great little breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

The floor is wooden so I can hear people upstairs walking pretty clearly, which is a little bit noisy. And there’s no elevator in the hotel, thought it’s just a 3 level building. It means that you have to move luggages around manually.

Beautiful decoration, small but exquisite rooms. It gives me a family/home vibe. The staffs are super friendly. The breakfast is so good I’m in love. The foods are well prepared and we really enjoyed it.

Can’t think of anything negative about this property.

Close to all attractions and downtown! You can park your car and walk everywhere. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. And breakfast is a plus!

Not much. There really wasn't anything besides not seeing the Inn staff often. I would have preferred seeing them more. And, maybe, if it is within the budget, a small clock for the rooms.

I liked the ambiance of the room and the cleanliness. It was in a safe location, as well.
