The room was quite basic, would like to have a microwave for making hot drinks, more than one pillow each, a bedside table on each side of the bed instead of just one would be great as the other person has to lean over to get their drink/phone or put them on the floor. It was all fine for our one night stay but not ideal for longer stays.

All is great with the hotel itself. The only issue is with the neighborhood around. It’s very dirty, nothing to see, no places to eat (except of cheap Korean food) or even get a coffee nearby, didn’t feel safe to walk in the evenings.

The pillows were flat and you get only two.

Clean room with free safe parking and in the middle of koreatown. The restaurants are walking distance. The staff was nice. Coffee machine in the room was great!

Pillows were not the best. Bed was ok. When I was checking in the guy asked me if it was ok to make a copy of my license and credit card. I asked why and he said it was because they want to keep it for their records. I don’t know why I said it was OK. It’s been bothering me ever since I should of said no. Is this something that they ask of everyone?? Is it policy?? Other hotels that I check into have never asked me that before. I hope I didn’t do the wrong thing.

No fitness, laundry, office or food facilities were available in the hotel (still Covid-related, I guess?). The elevator was also rather slow at times. The room had various wet spots on the carpet upon check-in, and there was some exposed floorboard (with sharp carpet nails sticking out!) in the doorway to bathroom. The curtains also wouldn't stay closed on their own, so had to hold them in place with a chair or table... For $180+ per night, this was quite a disappointment.

Free underground parking ramp had ample space... Nescafe machine was nice to have... Comfy (albeit small!) bed... Staff was helpful-- they provided a map to a nearby laundromat.

Being not from Los Angeles the drive to the hotel took us by interesting neighborhoods. The hotel and neighborhood were very comforting. The room was not large but had all the amenities you would need.

The location is in a neighborhood and has a basement parking garage. That was a very nice touch. Then you take an elevator to the lobby which is extremely nice. You are greeted by a very welcoming host and checked in quickly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and nice amenities. Quiet for sleeping, good linens, refrigerator and coffee in the room. We were checking out a place to stay when visiting our daughter and we would return to this hotel.

no hand towels inner courtyard was cordoned off with yellow tape - unsightly and no explanation for what was happening bed a little on the soft side had to ask for refill of coffee pods for the 2nd morning

1) no restaurant on site 2) there was no iron in the room – very strange, we always had the iron in our room before 3) the staff is not very responsive, I texted the hotel several hours before our check in via booking and my question was time sensitive, however, they only answered the next day

Beds seem small, doesn’t feel like queen size and the mattress seen better days, lost it’s shape and felt very uncomfortable. The AC blower fan pretty loud, when it cycles on and off it will most likely wake you up at night.

Good location right in the Korea Town with free underground parking. Hotel overall is clean having a nice and pleasant smell. Clean modern furniture. Room was quiet, couldn’t really hear surrounding traffic. Staff is professional and they let us check in 1hr early.
