The ride to the top of the hill, not enough brighten lights on property exterior grounds. Better lighting around the on the property , wound enhance clients stay. And regular daily security personnel 24 hours / 7 days per week ( 365 days per year) .

There were very sketchy people hanging out in front of the check in office, and they asked me to send the $10 via cashapp and they would give me $10 in cash. I refused, but this exchange made me very uncomfortable. I didn't like that our room's door was wide open when we drove up to it and that the room had not been cleaned.

The door to our room was open when we arrived, the bedcovers were turned down, and the room had not been cleaned. We found a housekeeper and she quickly cleaned the room before we entered. That was disconcerting and weird.

The walls had some holes in them and all they did was paint over them, 1 light didn't work, the faucet on the sink was loose and the pipes underneath were bent every which way but the right way

The front desk staff was unreasonable . We arrived almost 130pm and said the room was not ready until 3 but asked me to pay $20 if I want an early check in now ( doesn’t make sense). I said it’s almost 3 but ignored me and said to wait and park at Dunkin’ Donuts across the street to wait until check in time . This ticked me off and said I am staying at your property for 2 nights and in an hour I’ll check in. He then told me to park at any available parking space at the hotel .( the whole lot is almost empty ). They should learn to have a little bit of customer service and probably make the customer happy and offering a reasonable early check in esp when driving long distances . And also if the rooms are available ( our room was available and ready because we parked outside it until check in time ). They just lied .

Even non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Lack of electrical plug ins. Bed was very stiff and pillows were flat. Bathtub was stained in some areas. Definitely lock your car doors, always random people walking around the parking lot. I've stayed in worse hotels before, but this was below average in many ways. For the price it is tolerable but would pay a little more for something else better nearby next time.

Lots of stains and chips on sheets, towels, and tub. There was a weird smell in the room - like it used to be a smoking room and they tried to cover the smell up. There was a big crack between the door and the floor - easy for bugs to crawl in. They only gave soap bars but that's okay. The front desk person at check-in wasn't very personable, but he got the job done.

There were no bed bugs or other bugs. It was relatively clean, although there were lots of chips and stains on the bed clothes, towels, and tub. It was affordable and good for the price. It could have been a LOT worse. Acceptable for those on a budget. Parking was free and right next to the room.
