Breakfast was nothing special. Pub only had pizza. Not enough plugs on nightstand to charge iPad and iPhones. No toilet paper on holder had to use spare immediately.

The studio had one extremely uncomfortable Murphy bed and one uncomfortable sofa bed. There were no way you could sleep comfortably

The interior needs to be refreshed. Something is amiss with the hallways. As you walk, the floor underneath the carpeting is not stable. It is like the carpeting was put over a floor that has holes . Also, the Murphy bed is highly uncomfortable.

The location....right next to the mountain! The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel and the restaurant seemed a bit short staffed at times, but the staff that was there was wonderful. We booked last minute and had a kitchenette with a Murphy bed. The mattress was not the best quality. The hotel is not connected to the ski area, which is a bit strange for a slope-side accommodation, so you could not buy lift tickets at the hotel. But that only presented a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is courteous and professional. We liked the ski-in/ski-out feature and skied two days at Attitash. The price for the room was more than $200 cheaper than the Grand Summit at Mt. Snow in Vermont, a deciding factor in terms of where we chose to go. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had great meals, also reasonably priced. The hot-tub, sauna, and heated pool were nice amenities after a day on the slopes.

I did not realize the studio room had only a pull out couch and pull down bed. Neither was comfortable for two people but fine once we each slept in our own bed.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were great. We enjoyed the restaurant and tavern on the first floor.

The restaurant wasn't great. The menu was limited and the food was mediocre.

Staff was great, courteous and useful. Room upgrade rate was reasonable. Rooms were very good.

Unfortunately there was no hot water for me to take a shower in the room. (Although I had hot water at the faucets). I was told the pump was being worked on but there was no follow up to check if the hot water ever came back on (it did not!). The employees did not offer any resolution to this problem, only asked me if I was satisfied with the service. Luckily I was able to take a hot shower at the pool. But being a repeat costumer in that hotel and having the problem ignored, was disappointing.

Spacious, warm hotel and room provide a convenient stay for people who love the mountain and need a space to relax after a long hike. Great outdoor heated pool and jacuzzis, great views.

No baggage check at the hotel, which meant that I had to store my bags in my car on the morning of checkout. The restaurant/bar was understaffed and service was slow. The hotel needs maintenance (painting, carpet replacement, etc.). The facilities are very dated.

The location is outstanding -- ski in/ski out. It was also very easy to get to. The outdoor pool and hot tub was a hit. The restaurant and bar were good, but understaffed. So, the wait time was longer than it should have been. The entertainment in the bar on Saturday night was also very good.
