There was a heater in the bathroom that we couldn't turn off. A remote was dropped off but it didn't work.. made the room much to warm. Parking was also a problem when we returned late in the evening. We had to park on the street after being assured that Parking wouldn't be a problem.

The room from door did not have a peephole. We ordered something to eat and at the time the delivery person knock at the door I was afraid to open door due that room 210 is placed in a little hallway and the only door next to that room is a storage room. I tried to adjust the shower head but was not possible. Shower head was installed super high and is set unable to adjust the direction were I wanted the water due fall.

It wad very quiet after 10pm. We were able rest well without any interruption.

If you are looking for a place with character this isn't it. But as a place for a base for people looking into going for sports nearby it's great.

Parking policy was unfair. We had two vehicles, and they only allowed one on the lot. I understand why the policy is there, but the hotel was far from full and there was no reason to allow only 1 vehicle per room. Our other vehicle had to park off premises and at one point we paid a fee to park elsewhere. I feel lile management should have allowed the extra parking pass given that the hotel was about half empty.

An older motel that was renovated. Due to age and construction, you’ll hear more hallway and plumbing noise than a newer hotel. Due to its mountain location, wear from hotel guests and their outdoor activities poses challenges to keeping a property pristine.

Really liked the family room option. Overall had a very hip and cool vibe about it. Very affordable and close to the village and gondola. Communication via text was excellent and a very easy late checkin.

I didn't find a thermostat control and the heater would turn on and the room was a little too warm and dry. Not a big deal but I did end up with a nosebleed in the morning.

The outdoor hot tub was nice. Convenient restaurant on site with vegetarian options. Easy walk to the gondola. Comfortable bed, shower, and bathroom.

The heating fan is noisy. Even when turned off at night, you may hear the noise coming from other rooms.

Breakfast is not included in the rate but the toast, smoothies, and cinnamon rolls were amazing. Very convenient to have a bar/beer garden inside the hotel.

You can hear all your neighbors. And I mean hear them. No elevator so be ready for stairs. Hallway lights shining through the bathroom windows and while walking by one bathroom window that was open you can see into the bathroom and there was someone getting out of the shower.

Location was great. The attached brewery was awesome. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The coffee shop on premises was a big plus and the fire pits were good.

The initial room they gave me wasnt cleaned. Front desk was very apologetic and helpful getting me a new room. The food from the coffee shop onsite is way overpriced.

The carpet in the room was stained and looked dirty, I was disappointed with that. I thought we were going to have a view of the lake but I might have misread that and the online description did say that we would have a free continental breakfast but that was not the case.

The bed was super comfy. The entertainment was awesome. The food offered at basecamp was good as well as the beer. It is a fun environment with plenty to do. I would say that families with older children, couples and friends traveling in a group would really like Basecamp.

It was a little pricey.

The location is excellent. We enjoyed the live music at the restaurant. It was raining so we did not get to sit outside, but the outside area is nice with the firepits, etc.

The rooms have taken a toll since we stayed last year. We noticed they weren't as clean and were a bit weathered.

Location is good. Just a block away from the casinos/shops etc.
