The master bed was hard and uncomfortable, but it didn't have an effect on the great time we had staying here.

the beds were very uncomfortable could not sleep and woke up in pain. it would of been excellent except that and it’s important to be able to sleep good . also, if you run out of toilet paper you have to provide it yourself and soap for dishes to wash in dish washer. and that’s fine I just wish I would’ve know so I could’ve gotten some the first day we went for groceries. but other than that we were very happy with the place and the view. and it was nice.

Me and my family loved the place so nice and clean, and it literally had everything we needed !! Everything was close by. Best home away from home vacation hands down love the fact that there was a Christmas tree for our kids gifts..

The codes were very long so it took a little longer to get inside the elevator and then our condo every time. When you come back from shopping ,the last thing you need is to have to type in a ton of numbers. Also, it was sniffling hot in the hall. Our condo was really hot the first couple of days and our air was on 68. We eventually had to open doors and windows so we could make it cool enough to enjoy.

We loved the location. The condo was very clean. The beds were very,very comfy.

A keypad for the garage stairwell would be good. Long wait for elevator after parade, lots of people. Would like a little better equipped kitchen.

We had to wash towels and take out garbage. I paid 1800.00 for a room for vacation not to be doing chores. Also Water did not stay warm and only one elevator worked.

The only thing that we could think of that was missing was an onsite ice machine for guests. Other than that, everything was perfect! We just had to drive to a store to get bags of ice for our coolers and drinks. We had a small ice maker in our freezer but it didn't make a lot of ice during our stay! Oh, and I almost forgot, since we came right after Labor day, the pool and the hot tub were already closed, but it got into the 90's during our stay and it would have been awesome if the pool and the hot tub still would have been open! We saw people in pools at other places that were still open and we were a little jealous but it wasn't a deal breaker! Baskin's Creek, in our opinions, is the BEST place to stay in Gatlinburg!

We all absolutely loved everything about Baskin's Creek! It was so close to everything we wanted to do during our stay in Gatlinburg and we plan on returning to Baskin's Creek again for a future family vacation! Thank you so much for making this our BEST family vacation ever!

We had a few questions when we got there on Friday and no one was ever at the front desk. We saw someone Monday when we were getting ready to leave. Needed a sheet for the sofa bed and the house keepers all spoke Spanish and could not understand “fitted sheet for the sofa bed”. Finally one offered me a flat sheet and I took it.

The location was Great. The room was very nice and clean.

Facilities (#114), while comfortable, probably needs to be updated in terms of restrooms, linens, etc. One of the stove top units in the kitchen needs to be installed properly. Flapper in the restroom (master) should be replaced as the water would run without being flushed. The list above are easy/minor fixes and will certainly make the unit an awesome place.

Facility location and our accommodations were great for relaxing and just enjoying the peace and quiet.
