The thermostat had a note saying it could not go below 70 or it would freeze and stop working, this made the room too warm for us and made it hard for us to sleep comfortably.

It’s a very cute hotel but you have to walk upstairs to your room. All rooms are on the second floor which made carrying our 3 suitcases up quite challenging. The room we were in had no storage space for anything and in these post pandemic times having daily housekeeping would be nice.

The best thing is the location. It was very close to everything so you could just park for the day and walk wherever you need to go.

There are stairs to get to the rooms. Parking lot is across the street (which can’t be helped).

The hotel rooms are located on the upper floor and it is really HOT up there. In the rooms, they have a note stating not to turn the thermostat lower than 70 degrees or it would "freeze up". And that was way too warm for us! We keep our home temp in the lower to mid 60s, so we found it very difficult to sleep. The hotel is also "dog friendly", and we found that the 2 spare blankets in our room were absolutely covered in white dog hair! One blanket also had questionable brown stains on it. We didn't have a dog, and don't have dogs, so I found it pretty disappointing that, when renting one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, the 2 spare blankets available (which would have been great to use while sitting on the outside balcony in the evening) were dirty and covered in dog hair. Why were they not washed for new guests between visits? It made me question how truly clean the rest of the room was... The bed itself was also not very comfortable, and our room was located directly across the hall from the hotel's supply/laundry area, so there was a lot of constant noise outside of our room and we did not sleep very well.

Excellent location!!! We loved walking out of the hotel right onto Front Street. The outside balcony at the hotel was also incredible, with such an amazing view!

Had an odor like old carpet but the bathroom was nicely remodeled. I was disappointed that there was no lock on the window so I had to invent my own window lock.

Beds were a little soft for our liking. Just took some getting used to. Also, we were warned beforehand that this property has stairs to get to the rooms, this is very true. So, if anyone has issues with going up and down stairs there is no elevator.

Location was the best if you wanted to be close to main street central to Leavenworth. We enjoyed this so much.

No elevator to second floor rooms and low side chairs. People with flexibility issues or older will have issues using the facility. Definite designed for younger people !
