Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe floors were not very clean. When we picked up the bath mat from the bathroom floor it was nearly black with dirt. The king bed would have been comfortable except that it sunk in the middle. It was nearly impossible to adjust the temperature on the a/c unit.

United StatesI understand that it was tourist season but the room was priced high for the quality. It's a third rate motel at best, on the main highway quite far away from the center of town. As the room I was assigned was on ground level cars pull up right in front of the room doors and you don't get a feeling of being very safe. It's noisy because people are coming and going at all hours. Even though I had my room changed to one upstairs on the catwalk I still didn't feel safe and there was still a lot of activity that kept me awake most of the night. Room was fine. Pillows were hard as rocks.
Room was clean. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was what one would expect at a place like this especially during the pandemic. Coffee was good. Motel was probably built in the 50's and definitely shows its age but the room had been recently redecorated very simply.

United StatesThere was a drunk passed out in vestibule upstairs with his empty’s beside him as soon as we got there. Called front desk and they came and removed him. Phone didn’t work , Someone was supposed to come and fix it and bring us towels. No one came. Pool could not be used.

We appreciated the cost and the staff were very nice. The location of the hotel was the main point for us staying there. The staff really helped us when they were able.

United StatesThe pool was not working. I didn't know before I paid or I would left and found another hotel. It was okay. It was just so disappointing about the pool. You come to a beach town for sun and swimming.
Furniture was nice. You could tell that they are trying to fix it up. The pool should be a priority.
