The floors were not very clean. When we picked up the bath mat from the bathroom floor it was nearly black with dirt. The king bed would have been comfortable except that it sunk in the middle. It was nearly impossible to adjust the temperature on the a/c unit.

Air conditioner was loud and sounded like hot rod car reving the engine,Tv barely worked, sink plugged up after running water for 2-3 minutes, toilet didn't flush, refrigerator had broken plastic shelves, microwave was very dirty, Price was advertised at $60 by Booking.com x but when final payment approval and payment page shown the price jumped to $89.00 (with no change or upgrade to room).

I understand that it was tourist season but the room was priced high for the quality. It's a third rate motel at best, on the main highway quite far away from the center of town. As the room I was assigned was on ground level cars pull up right in front of the room doors and you don't get a feeling of being very safe. It's noisy because people are coming and going at all hours. Even though I had my room changed to one upstairs on the catwalk I still didn't feel safe and there was still a lot of activity that kept me awake most of the night. Room was fine. Pillows were hard as rocks.

Room was clean. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was what one would expect at a place like this especially during the pandemic. Coffee was good. Motel was probably built in the 50's and definitely shows its age but the room had been recently redecorated very simply.

I did not think the hotel matched the pictures on line when I booked this room. Also it showed a beautiful pool/ since I do not have access to one at home I was looking forward to it, but it was not open, it was scummy and dirty.

There was a drunk passed out in vestibule upstairs with his empty’s beside him as soon as we got there. Called front desk and they came and removed him. Phone didn’t work , Someone was supposed to come and fix it and bring us towels. No one came. Pool could not be used.

The bed was clearly old, had a large dip in it. The shower leaked, and it was obviously leaking for some time as their was water damage on the wall. We got one towel, for two people, and it had a hole in it.

Half of our keys didn’t work and when a new key was activated, one of the others deactivated. Room smelled like smoke upon arrival. Only 1 towel set for 2 people. Pool was closed

The room was not in the best condition. There were issues with the bathroom, the floor was filthy, the best were very uncomfortable. The pool was not open. The breakfast wasn't available on Saturday during the stated times.

We appreciated the cost and the staff were very nice. The location of the hotel was the main point for us staying there. The staff really helped us when they were able.

The pool was not working. I didn't know before I paid or I would left and found another hotel. It was okay. It was just so disappointing about the pool. You come to a beach town for sun and swimming.

Only seen maids one day this week ! I was lucky that I brought towels with me ! We had to go to front desk to get towels last night ! We understand short handed up it was crazy! We even tried to help clean the room before we left today so it would help them !
