Breakfast was a little disappointing, little to no options and items were out of stock. There were some areas in the room that could’ve looked cleaner but you get what you pay for.

We didn’t like when we first pulled up it was like seven people that I know that live there was just roaming around. I didn’t feel comfortable. The bath tub water had a very weak Pressure. My best friend actually went to her cousin house just to take a shower. damages inside of the bathtub. The ceiling in the bathroom wasn’t good. You can tell it had been bad leak cos the ceiling was brown do to water damage. They say NO smoking but it’s cigarette burns on the sheets, carpet and the bathroom. Really felt dat we should have paid a lower price but that’s how y’all make ur money. By charging us more for a mess up room. But I stayed another night and the room was actually nice it was on the first floor. I checked in at 11:45pm until check out

No amenities in the room.

I usually have issues with hotel beds hurting my back. Most beds are too soft and I wake up with a stiff lower back. The bed I sleep in at this hotel was great! I woke up with no back pain and was thankful. The rest of the hotel is ok. The rates are good and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

We ran out or hot water, but after calling the desk it was fixed. Not fun to have a cold shower.When we arrived at the room it was very cold, it took an hour or so to warm up. There was noise in the hall way all night long, until at least 4:30 am, slamming doors and so on. I assume it was because it was party time Saturday night.

They should have check out at 12:00 since they won't let you check in till 3:00 check out should be at 12:00 not 11:00 and I had problems with getting towels and toilet tissue in my room even after giving housekeepers tips the front desk lady still had to bring me towels and some tissue

The bathroom (shower in particular) was disgusting. You had to ask the front desk person for more breakfast items when everything was empty.

The AC got cold at night, which is great. Good selection for breakfast when there was stuff out.

Pool was freezing, the older guy working the desk was always rude. The manager and evening staff was kind. Housekeeping was super kind as well.

The older gentleman that checked me in was super rude! Because of unfortunate circumstances I had to rent another night and that gentleman in the morning was very nice. I requested housekeeping services but never received them and it was after 930p when I got back to my room. Had to go to front desk for towels, toiletries and a trash bag. That guy was surprised I didn't have anything in my room.

Location! It's tucked away right off the highway and close to stores and food.

the room obviously wasn’t fully cleaned. found an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned as there was still coffee in it from the previous guest and there was mold growing in the coffee pot.

the pool. we had it to ourselves for over an hour before other guests came to use it.

Room next to us was loud past midnight (including young kids) no pressure in the shower or bath...barely hot water and no plug for a bath. Pretty sure we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall and it went behind the desk. Minimal breakfast options went elsewhere.

This one had quite a bit of drug activity (we consistently smelled marijuana & saw 2 "deals" go down in the parking lot). Also there was no hot water for showers 2 of the 3 days we were there:(.

In general I love Wyndhams, especially since they are pet friendly and have a reasonable pet fee. The staff was very friendly, good, free, continental breakfast & convenient to getting on/off highway.

The shower never got hot. It was warm so it was tolerable but definitely not hot. The floor behind the couch was not clean. Some staff were very abrupt and not very friendly. The pool towels were not kept in the pool and we only had 2 shower towels in our bathroom. We had 3 staying in the room though.

The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and clean, The TV had a ton of channels and worked great. The Internet also worked well.Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.

the room was FREEZING when we walked in - during major cold, wind, etc. The windows were bad and you could feel and and hear the wind whipping. The property needs to do some basic updates & repairs.

Great location and pet friendly for our Blizzard 2022 urgent hotel need. They accommodated us and our pet as needed.
