Room wasn’t very clean when we entered. There was quite a bit of garbage under the beds and the shower did not look like it had been cleaned.

Advertised as pet friendly. Not allowed to stay when arrived with my dog. Charged for a room I wasn’t allowed to stay in. Refused to refund the room fee even though the reservation was cancelled. Will never stay at a bay front again

They try to tell everyone that's stays u smoke so they can keep ur 150$ I don't smoke I have kids with health conditions. They really tried make me pay deposit and same 3 other families. We accidentally went back and moment we went inside people having issues getting money back. I remember where we was we left

Nothing at all.

The breakfast was terrific and the 2 girls I met that work the breakfast area were exceptional. The breakfast area is kept spotless and well stocked. The cleaning staff were consistently helpful and courteous each day, supplying us with towels and coffee, etc. whenever we asked for them. The staff in general were welcoming and friendly.

The pool was down and that's one reason we chose this Hotel.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable The breakfast was great! And the female staff in charge of the breakfast was nice and kept the food hot.

Crack in the bathtub, the bath spicket sprays everywhere, Bathroom door hard to close, cracked tile in front of the sink. Sink in foyer gives little privacy. The staff on Saturday could have been nicer.

Due to powerful storms in the area earlier in the day, the power was out when I arrived and it never came back on during my stay. The hotel staff did a fantastic job of dealing with this situation and made all the guests feel safe.

Our room had been given away and we were given a room with one small bed instead of two queens, The smell of the room was so overpowering that we couldn't stay there. We then had to find somewhere else to stay. Management offered nothing to help us.

The staff did not seem enthused at all. Not very friendly. No extra pillows as they were all out. Breakfast was not organized or watched. Kids were putting their hands all over the food. Complained about dogs barking right next door to me all night. Did not get any sleep the first night there. Was told a manager would contact me, and never did. I will not be coning back.

The king bed was not comfortable. I got a few spider bites during my stay. Lots and lots of dog hair in my room. Staff let me borrow a broom. It was better after I gave the room a good sweep.

Bathroom tub was not clean hair in it and it was pretty black!!!!! bedding was very good,but for a handicap person to high!!! Food was good,the place just seemed kinda run down!!!!

The room was AMAZING. Large room with cedar ceilings, hot tub, small balcony up the room overlooking the indoor pool was a nice touch. The bed was large and very comfortable with great pillows and sheets.

Heather Solomon is one of the worst managers you can ask for. Also that $250 room down deposit on the room is not a good thing to have in town people have to do. The sites to book do not even explain that there is a fee.
