We stayed in the king suite, and with the hot tub, I expected there to be more towels. The metal around the bed, while is understandable, but it can be loud. The top of the vending machine needs to be cleaned off. This sounds weird, even for me, but you can see the top of it when going up the stairs. The ice machine could also use a good once over as well. The over all cleanliness of the room wasn't terrible, but the mirror was smudgy and the shower had some hairs in it. An amenity that would be really great is a Roku adaptor or smart TVs in the rooms.

Over all the room was put together nicely and was clean. We were greeted by a very nice lady and when we left, the the lady working when we left was also very kind. We were there for an overnight away from everything, so for what it was, it did the trick. The pool looks really clean and well taken care of as well.

There was blood and urine dried on the toilet seat. I think it was merely overlooked tho. My whole room was clean besides that, the carpet actually felt clean when I touched it. The tile and mirrors were spotless. So it equaled out

The staff were awesome. I was very hungry for Indian food all weekend, my end of the hotel had to be close to the owners...but, it was cleaner than I expected. For the price, it is a gem. My room was very nice. Water pressure and heat were top notch. We had no problems with the tv, like other reviews. I did some mild cleaning upon arrival. That is just my precautions. You can hear others coming and going, but it isn't bothersome to someone that isn't used to dead silence. We definitely will be returning!

It’s older but yeah, that’s not a dislike really. It’s a fact. The property is well maintained.

The staff was awesome! Friendly, helpful, and offered great service. Free breakfast and parking - can’t beat that. Also, the place is quiet and nearby amenities. Can’t beat the price for all ya get.

The one small thing I didn’t like, and that made me a tiny bit upset with staff was that they put me in the wrong room and wouldn’t put me in the right one to fix it.

It’s very clean, and has a lot for being a small town hotel. They have a variety of breakfast items, a cute little pool, rooms with balconies over the pool, and the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond.

Front desk staff was "monotone". One did not know what to do with Choice membership and the other just went through the monitions. Room was above the exit door so Smokers gathered outside talking at all hours.

Room was clean. House keeping \ breakfast staff were friendly and attentive to needs. Breakfast may not be the healthiest but given Covid everything was single serving.

The hotel charged us twice for the same dirty room. Then, said they would reverse the charges and charged us for the room again. We checked out of the motel. After one month , our bank reimbursed us for the 3 charges. Don't use booking.com ot stay at Quality Inn..

I slipped in the bathtub. This was easy to do as the bathtub was very slick. The "whirlpool" in our room was very, very slick. I think they oversoften the water which, I think led to the bathtub being slick. We had to put towels in the tub and whirlpool to have enough traction The breakfast was OK. I expected more from a Quality Inn. They need to take care of the slippery tub issues to avoid future legal problems.

So the iron was very dirty, water in it was brown. when I went to get a replacement from the front desk. they sent me on a chase for one myself. the breakfast wasn’t check on and there was no silverware for awhile.

location to events was great. room size was nice and it was very quiet hotel. staff was very friendly and accommodating.

there was sanitary towels open and outside the window of the building and was there on arrival and there when we left so no one walked the building to clean, First Lady when we arrived was rude just said YESSSSS no hello how can I help today didn’t see anyone when checking out this place seemed like people lived there full time
