The kitchenette had two pans one fork one spoon one bowl and one plate… had no choice but to eat lunch and dinner at restaurants.

Old furnitures, no fridge, safety deposit box not working and all rusty includind it´s base, dirty bathroom with just a small mirror with an old and rusty frame, old elevator. The owner should remodel completely all the property or sell it to an interest group/company. To one couple at the checking-in, when it was been informed that the room isn´t equipped with fridge nor microwave because it was a standard room (the room rate isn´t standard), they just asked: but the room has at least a window, doesn´t it ?

The pool bar wasn’t open during my stay. I called and asked while there and was told yep we have a pool bar and yet it was closed the entire time despite it being sunny and plenty of people at the pool. Even had a sign in the elevator saying it was open . Obviously very loud location at night until about 130 was music and crowds , I wouldn’t bring little kids here

Very noisy area that ends around midnight and kicks in at 7 am every morning we were there. When it was windy, there was a howling noise at the entrance door from not having a good seal. The rooms are in need of new furniture and remodeling. The facility is in need of a good maintenance crew who can paint and make necessary repairs. The drapes look like they haven't been replaced since the day they opened. Many pin holes in the balcony side drapes and the entrance drapes were torn by getting caught in the door opening. The breakfast did not have a big selection of items. I read the reviews before booking so I wasn't shocked at the condition of the facility. We were there to spend time at the beach and surrounding area. No regrets on my part, just wish the owners would take a little more pride in their building considering their great location and views.

The manager that checked me in said they could not find my reservation when I gave them my name first and then my husband's She ignored me when I was in front of her and went to the next customer. Made me called my third party That I booked through. They called the hotel and said it was under my husband's name. She tried to tell them. I didn't tell them that name. She was very rude. She should have paid attention to the customer in front of her who was checking in. That was me. Then I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Also, we stayed in a different room. 2 days before had to check out to go to our other room for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That's why I couldn't see. It was such a problem because the girl in the morning saw my reservation. They shouldn't there and told us we had to wait till checking till 3, which was okay with us. We got back here at 5. And she had a problem with us telling us.Our reservation wasn't there. This should have attention to it especially if she's the manager.We've been here for the past four years It was just sad how she treated us shaking my head.

Our rooms sliding door didn’t lock, the bed was a little uncomfortable and our blow dryer blew out. Other than this our stay was enjoyable and pleasant 👍

Staff were not very helpful, make sure you check out by 11am or you will be charged a late fee, even though they NEVER mentioned that. But she was so pleased to tell me as I was loading up my car. When I checked in she did say she thought the place was closing down... and the decor reflects that.

There was construction on a neighboring property which made the parking for those in our group a bit challenging.

The location was very close to the beach. Very easy to just walk right out.
