I've never had walls at a higher end hotel so thin, we could actually hear conversations as well as intimate activities. Felt very uncomfortable. Beds were uncomfortable but I know that is a personal preference.

The receptionist was amazing so friendly and helpful I can't remember name but was shuttle driver also and said she'd only been there 2 weeks. The bartender was also amazing and so nice. Everything seemed clean. Location to airport was good.

The food options were very limited for an evening meal. Overall, I think the food prices (especially the breakfast) were rather expensive - $25 for a mediocre Eggs Benedict, with an orange juice and some coffee seemed a bit much.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for the places I needed to visit. The room was a good size and very clean, with plenty of useful items such as a fridge and microwave.

As mentioned the bar tender and the staff in restaurant were pretty unresponsive. Also, the pool water was very warm, which was fine at night and even lovely for a night swim, but during the day unbearably warm (not sure if you could even address this as it was clearly weather related, and I liked it and also didn't, LOL)

The staff at the front desk for check in was amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were bland at best.

We asked for rooms at least close to each other. We were in separate buildings and weren't even told about the separate buildings until we got to the 1st room. It was a king bed. ( I had asked for 2 Queen beds for both rooms). We had to go to the front desk to find out how the rooms were situated. It's a little frustrating at 10pm at night to be running back and forth between buildings trying to figure out where your rooms are. Then, even though we paid almost $875 for 2 rooms, we only got free coffee or hot coco. I felt that was a little bit chintzy for what we paid.

We had to book on extremely short notice (10 hrs) and they got us rooms.

You say breakfast was included in the final price, but in the hotel, they just give a coupon for 2 adults and 1 kid free, so I have to pay for the rest of my crowd. You have to be clear on that matter.

9am had a knock from housekeeping. Responded that we were still occupying the room. I was called at 9:30am by housekeeping and was told it’s time to check out. mind you, Check-out time was at 12:00pm. Felt like we was being rushed out of our room, while trying to get shower, dressed, and enjoying our complimentary coffee in our room. Ended up checking out at 10:30AM. We was promptly asked by housekeeping in hallway on our way out, if we was checking out? This hotel is nice and clean! But, to be rushed out of our room by housekeeping early! Is just unprofessional, when I paid to be there during my check-in (3pm) and check-out (12pm) times!

NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE AREA AT ALL. LUCKILY I COULD USE THE HOTEL SHUTTLE BACK TO THE AIRPORT TO GET BUS TO AUSTIN.
