I didn't like that the staff who 'cleaned' came into the room but didn't actually clean anything. They took my trash only once for the whole week but came into the room daily. Never swept or mopped the floor. My Doo was right next to a sprinkler that turned on at night so the floor was wet every night and dusty.

For the price the room was sufficient. I always clean my own rooms so it was okay after I cleaned it. The location is central so not bad at all. I didn't feel like the area was as bad as some make it seem. It was okay.. probably wouldn't return with my kids but adults for sure.

bit over priced Floors where sticky I got a flat sheet an some type of bedding that seemed like a curtain Needless to say was cold at night. Asked housekeeper for a blanket (thank u) Over all was pleased but some ppl at check out were rude (not the staff)

The guy in the front gave me a hard time i thought checking in was gonna be fast. When I tried to check in it took a little while they told me they had canceled my room that there was no more then he said it's gonna be $86 but I told the guy I had already paid it then he said he didn't want visitors wich the 2 people thats were with me were not staying we had just passed to pick up the hotel key before it was too late.

the Office .... its almost not existing and people not allowed to step in and be at front desk for check in. Had to wait in the Californian Sun at 2pm and in the hot and dry summer wind until my booking was found and i received the keys. Not so amused about that. a bit funny procedures they have. vending machine for beverages broken down

This is the WORST place I've ever stayed ...been to France -Italy-UK-Costa Rica -Cancun- Mexico- all have been Better Than ( Sunpark Inn ) in San Bernardino . Cockroaches Spiders in the room .Thin walls you could hear the neighbors talking and doing other things . You could hear all cars n trucks all night.

Everything, the room was dirty, there were a lot of people hanging out outside, there were fights, yelling, bottles being thrown. The ac unit looked as if it would break down at any second, the wifi was lousy. Just everything. The hotel was far from the freeway

The only good thing about this room was the price. Nothing else!

The first room they put us in, did not have any carpet, and you felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The TV would not come on. I tried to call the office to tell them but got a recording and the office was closed. We walked to it and it was open when we told him the TV wouldn’t come on he checked it but he couldn’t get it on either, so they moved us to a different room, that wasn’t much better. It did have carpet and the TV came on. However, the picture was all snowy. The bathrooms in both places were very dirty. It was not a good experience. The ice machine was broken, so we had no ice

Cistern broken. Toilet didn't flush. I repaired it myself. No facilities, not even a microwave despite the booking.com description. Not a nice neighborhood. Overpriced. Don't go there. Find something else.

I didn't have a microwave in my room as it stated one of the polite didn't work on the stove. Not to mention I couldn't rest do to me having to keep killing the bugs in my room.
