pretty much everything. the pillows were like tiny couch pillows or outside pillows. beds were horribly made the room hasn’t been updated at all just doesn’t look like they take their time cleaning it scared me actually

No one at the front desk and didn't answer the phones when called. Waited forever trying to get key. No breakfast due to COVID (supposedly) but not even any coffee or coffee pot in the room. Poker machines were down our whole stay. We were on the first floor and the smell of smoke and marijuana was disgusting and lofting through the hallway. All around dirty on the outside. Will never stay there again.

Nothing not to like. Heavier blanket, bigger pillows if I'm being nitpicky, but we're close enough that bringing our own isn't an inconvenience.

Safe location, willing to accommodate late arrivals, quiet, nice honeymoon suite for the jacuzzi. Super customer service. Nice older Best Western. Great effort, considering everywhere is short-staffed and struggling. Kudos!

The Building was dirty and unkept on the outside. The walls were rotted with holes in our room. There were nasty stains on the walls, towels, tub, and nightstands. There were hairs in the spa tub. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling.

We let the hotel know we would be checking in between 6-7 pm. We get there at 650 no one is there. We called the number left at the desk, if no one was there, and no one answered. We seen both the phones behind the desk on the chargers. Finally after waiting for half hr. Dude came downstairs and says the phone was off but we seen both the phones behind the desk. Then I get charged twice for my room, I paid through booking so all he had to do was check us in. We found trash and gummy candy in our bed. Walls, floors and ceilings had cracks in them. Paint job was crap, bathroom doors didn't close, light switch for bathroom was not even in bathroom. Toilet bowl dirty, toilet clogs from just flushing the toilet paper, pop machines didn't work properly, all the vending machine had in it was peanuts. No breakfast served or pool open, " because of covid", but I have stayed at hotels during covid and that stuff was offered.

the toilet ran all night, the fridge made an awful noise every 30 mins, dogs barked in the room next to us all night and kept us awake and to top it all off, we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that didn’t give us hit water so we couldn’t use it. finally, their was nobody at the front desk or answering the phone to address our problems.

Sheets weren't clean. We asked for new ones and made our own bed. They were cleaning the rooms in the evening, which was very loud. People had been smoking in the hallways, at least. Strong smell of smoke. The payment program didn't work, we had to use cash. There was a small casino in the lobby where they were breaking many laws, i.e., children, no masks, smoking. The check-in gal was nice, but, she was allowing all this stuff to go on.

No breakfast. Would not have eaten there, if there were.

not very clean, odd number of towels and of poor quality, the hotel canceled breakfasts, the pool and gym "all because of covid", however the price didn't change with it.

when asked, the hotel provided an additional roll out bed. fairly comfortable and quiet given the location. hotel was almost completely empty when we stayed, which i see as a big plus.

no food, pool or other amenities, non-existent hotel staff only phone numbers to call, including at the reception desk. no security. dirty and run down. cracked ceilng and paint, excruciatingly slow wifi, cracked toilet, smoke detectors dangling from ceiling by wires, no soap, 2 super thin towels that are non-absordant, closte doors that fall off...and the list goes on....

They had electricity and running water. Nothing to like at all. the photos are deceiving and misleading. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. Any decent review must've been done by ownership.

Container of ice cream in ref and the ice bucket had water and a bag in it and no cups strains on the carpet and hallways smelled of smoke very bad

No breakfast available no bath towels when ask for more got one towel and four washcloths that were fraid
