i have traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many hotel properties. This location was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Had to wear shoes in the room. Booking.com should be ashamed to even suggest this location !

The shower is a PAIN IN THE ASS to get the water hot. Room 208. The handle to control the water is not properly set up. If you want hot water you get horrible water pressure, if you want a COLD shower then it flows nicely. I don't want a cold shower. The tub creaks when anyone stands in it. Feels like you are going to fall through the floor. The towel rack is held in by the top two screws. The bottom two are stripped and are just there for looks.

the person in the front desk on Sunday, she was a little rude when I asked about late check out, I’ve try to explain we are in a soccer game that ends around 10:30 and literally she told me: we don’t have late check out, I told her that I received and email from the property about that I can ask for a late check out and she told me: rules change.

Bathtub looked and sounded like a poor Bath Fitters job. Made a lot of noise as you moved around in it. Poor curtain. Would not close properly, hence water damage outside tub and staining. Ac unit smelled like it needed cleaning.

When I arrived the room had been cleaned but it was a poor job. I was issued a different room but it wasn’t much better. The carpets in both the room’s and hallways need to be cleaned. There is not much attention to detail. Surfaces had dust and smudges on them and the floors in both rooms, including the bathrooms needed to be cleaned.

The price paid for for this room a night which ended up being $200 after taxes. Was not worth it. If I was paying $80 a night then It will justify me paying the price i did. I feel like I should be refunded $100 but then again I understand I should have done more research first. But I do appreciate you guys hosting us for the night. Thanks

Ist off the room was $159 for 1 night and I had to pay $150 deposit absolutely absurd if u ask me 2nd the room had a stale smell to it the air conditioner barely blew cool air even with thermostat set on 68 so we were warm as we slept. 3rd a very bad altercation with a couple woke me and my fiancé up out of our sleep late that night the were screaming yelling and slamming the door beating on the Hallway walls cursing at each other so I called downstairs to front t desk from my cell phone it continued for over 30 minutes to say the least this is the 2nd worst hotel experience ever period I wouldn't recommend to my crippled dog. 4th Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly long blk hair in tub and outside of tub awful 😒
