How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The AC unit kept going in and out during the stay.

We were there for several days and housekeeping did not bring any clean towels. We had to ask once we saw them in the hallway.
We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel. We liked the no carpet on the room floor. The room was very clean and nice.

The hotel looks like it has had a face lift or two which is nice, but some of the stuff is still very old. Don't get a handicap accessible shower unless you need it. Also the whole 4th floor smelled like lingering smoke that you couldn't quite get out, it wasn't the worst as the whole place is very very clean but it was still a bit noticeable.
The location is good. It's about 10 mins or so from downtown. So it's out of the traffic and noise. But it's a busy hotel.

the bed was hard, and the hot tub was close.
the property was great very close to outlet. In which we love. very clean,well organized and super great with keeping Covid guidelines in place.

We had no issues.
The staff was very polite and friendly. Also very attentive. When we arrived our key wasn't working. They gentleman let us in the room and let us know someone would look at it tomorrow(we arrived late in the evening). The next day we left enjoyed our day came back in and spoke to someone at the front desk. They gave us new keys and we had no issues.

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was over the top wonderful but the grits were out of this world! Pretty clean room and quiet. Very comfortable bed. The best Best Western we've stayed in.

Weekend breakfast and the staff was very wonderful starting from check inn, housekeeping and the staff that cooked breakfast very nice.

The walls were paper-thin! Why do they build hotels like that? We first asked for a different room because our neighbors had several noisy kids. We changed rooms, but then a guy came in next door at 11 p.m. and engaged in a lengthy phone conversation that kept me from sleeping. Terrible construction. Other than that, the hotel was attractive.
Great location right off I-95. Seemed like a newer hotel. Staff was very accommodating, even though they were short-staffed. Breakfast buffet was good. I want to put in a plug for the delicious Mexican restaurant down the street. Skip the Western buffet and go to the family-run place. The food was superb!

I was given a key card to another guest room and the second set of cards I received did not work at all!! The guy at the front desk let us in my room but someone had to stay in the room in order to get back in!!! I just got off the road it wasMidnight I was tired and this was very frustrating.

There is no view to speak of, and staff would not allow breakfast dishes to be taken up to the room. They're also seem to be a lack of toiletries available as we had no shampoo or soap in the room and luckily we had brought our own. The housekeepers also did not restock these items, and I did not see any on their carts, so I'm guessing it is a supply chain issue.
The rooms were large and comfortable, the bed was nice, the breakfast bar had a nice selection of items, and staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to other restaurants and the freeway exit.

When I got there on Friday April 1 I was informed that my room was canceled and then on top of that I had to wait three hours to check in my room which was supposed to be ready at 3 and the bathroom toilet wasn't clean and hair on the floor the microwave had a shortage I just felt like I shouldn't have to pay the full price for that room and I didn't checked until about 6.
