Thw shampoo container was empty and there were only a few tissues in the box. My sister had the room next door to us and her room was missing a shower curtain. I realize that we could ask and those things w outdoor be taken care of, but they should have been taken care of before we arrives.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was friendly. There are no complaints about any of that.

There wasn’t really anything bad about it. The hotels going through renovations but the construction team is quiet and accommodating.

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfy. The staff was hospitable and the guests that passed through were equally friendly fitting the small town vibe this place has.

The stairwell door at the end of the building, just outside of our room SLAMS closed and people were going in and out all night long. No elevators, so you have to carry luggage upstairs.

The room is nice, recently remodeled. Close to where we were visiting.

Beds need replacing and extra hold on my card morning after check in. Extra hold usually done at check in and it was mentioned so looks like they are overcharging me. Will see what happens

No transportation into town. Front staff person verbalized to another customer that President Biden not our president. I was offended as I believe he is our president. Staff should keep political views private.

Breakfast N/A. I ate out but I like that they provide plates & plasticware. The staff hang out and smoke alot in front of the building. Things could be cleaner but the staff is so nice. The location is perfect for my traveling needs so I will be back.

I'm not a big fan of those large below the window HVAC units . They tend to be noisy. Blow the drapes open But 90% of all hotels have them . Towels could be bit thicker . Shower curtain worn a bit

While the breakfast offering could have been better, we do not find this a problem as the virus will calm one day—we hope—and things return to normal.

Breakfast was scanty compared to BW in Alton, IL area. There, the “sack” breakfast had a piece of fruit (apple or orange), a granola bar, and a muffin pre-packaged. When we collected breakfast, they added a small yogurt and a microwave breakfast sandwich. Coffee and orange were available. However, as a diabetic, I must limit consumption of most OJ brands. The hotel staff then gave me a bottled water. The Chester hotel’s breakfast sack had a bottle of water, a “danish” style roll, and a granola bar equivalent. We went to the nearby McDonald’s for a breakfast sandwich.

I wasn’t able to stay here due to false advertisement and they were supposed to refund me over a month ago. No one is helpful. No one cares. I don’t recommend them at all. It also smelled like a dead animal outside in front.

On main highway one way in and one way out. Herd the 18 wheel tractor all night long. Get a room back side of hotel.

Asked for a handicapped room with walk in shower and got a tub with bars. The carpet was dirt, doors all needed work. The staff was poor, the manager closed the pool for the weekend so her family could have a pool party. Overall, it was one of the worse hotel stays we have had in a while and we travel often. We do not plan on staying here again. Plus not many places to eat lunch or dinner in this town. We also thought the room prices for what we got were to high.
