Breakfast was enjoyable. Room was great. The pool was a disappointment because it was not open. It was covered with a tarp.

The first room we got was not clean so they gave us another one and the AC unit took hours for the room to cool down. The pool was not working it was green and dirty 😔 my family was excited to get in the pool but it was not clean.

There was very little for complimentary breakfast. It was very old and needs updated.

Room did not include a desk or table for work or eating. There was no hair dryer. Bed pad was stained (could see through the sheets). Some areas of floor had not been vacuumed. Bathroom had no face towels and one soap bar which had already been opened. Breakfast had the hot food, but no juice, no cereal, no sweet rolls, or anything else.

Room was good size, bed was comfortable, heater/ac was excellent. Room includes iron/board, microwave/fridge, TV. Housekeeping was reasonably quiet and didn't disturb us when the do not disturb sign was out. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

It was very dirty. Shower curtain was filthy, hair on the bathroom floor, carpet was stained and smelled bad. Had to ask for a bath towel for my spouse. Had to ask for a bar of soap for my face and hands. Breakfast wasn’t served until 8:30???

Rooms were overpriced. needs upgrades very badly. Television didn’t work, room were old and dingy, room was out of soap and had to ask for some, carpets filthy, towels and sheets old and not white.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. they went out of their way to make customers happy. grounds were kept nice for as old as they were. lots of parking and great location.

They didn’t have any shampoo. Only gave one towel. Breakfast wasn't appetizing. They wanted to charge 35 for a spare room key. Pool was drained. The t.v. had stuff all over screen. Room didn't get cold at all.

The pool was being cleaned the day we were staying. The TV didn't work and the refrigerator was dirty with stains on the inside. And no extra bath towels for a group of four.

The room had a strong smoke odor when we first entered. Also, one of the comfort blanket had about a 6-7 inch yellow stain on it.

The rooms need a major renovation, dirty carpet and outdated furniture. The receptionist gave us the impression she did not wanted to be there.

The outside of the facilities was clean and well maintained, proximity to all the business. House keeping lady was really nice.

Down and out rooms

The room I had booked with booking.com just 5 hours prior to my arrival (1 king bed) was given to another person. The desk attendant told me that they ran out of rooms with 1 king bed. So I was given a room with 2 queen beds and still charged the same fee. The bathroom floor moldings were full of dust. The curtains in the room do not block out the sun. 😐

There was no breakfast given.
