Bed for me was very hard and uncomfortable . I thought maid should have come to make up bed and give fresh towels but they didn't.

Not crazy about the bed and pillows. Furniture is very basic.

The location is good near the river and Old Sacramento. However, the area is a little iffy with homeless people. The room was very clean.

The location is not the best.

The staff was great. I am a senior and disabled. The staff was available to assist me at every turn. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again. Special thanks to Keisha.

The facility was clean, but dated. Lots of homeless folk around that rummaged through hotel trash cans between rooms. Also, parking lot was dark at night. Not a lot of outside lighting.

I liked the location to Old Town Sac and the American River Trail.

The breakfast ended too early for a lot of us concert goers, and also ran out of key food items. Not cool. We paid close to $500/night for a $120/night room because of Aftershock. You would think enough food would be prepared to feed us all. The pool and hot tub were not open. There was no mention of that when booking. More blankets, please.

TV didn't work. But who needs it when you are traveling. Breakfast was poor.

At first,I wasn't sure if I had chosen the right accommodation after booking and then with nothing else to do that night I started reading the reviews. But in the end there was nothing to worry about. I had a nice room with a bit of a view of the sacramento River. Linda on reception was obliging. For I turned up early in the morning after a train journey. She booked me in early. In the shower, there were bars to hold on to. I don't like climbing over a bath to have a shower. The room had air-conditioning, outside was hot.

The surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy but overall nothing wild happened. No car broken into no damage of any kind so still a plus but still felt a little uneasy especially at night

I didn't like the fact that after they cleaned, they opened the curtains(which I left closed). I'm upset about it because you can see my things I left in the room. Idk that just makes me uneasy because people are so weird now a days

The woman at night when I checked in was so lovely and helpful I wished I remembered her named but she was the best. Overall this is a nice little quiet hotel breakfast was good🤤 they kept the food coming

Didn't like the fact that cleaning ladies came in my room without asking. Came back to things being moved. And the tub had cracks in it which allowed water to Under the. Liner in the tub and made the 4 bubble.

Location. The hotel is located in a bad part of town with homeless encampments nearby.

The outside hot tube was locked after I finished my marathon. We all wanted to soaked there. We were all very disappointed.

It was closed to downtown.

My key card kept failing. I went out the back gate for a jog along the river path, and when I got back it wouldn't let me back in. Fortunately I was able to call the front desk so they could come let me in. But then my card wouldn't work to let me back into my room. It also wouldn't let me into the pool area. They needed to reset my card 4-5 times during the course of my two night stay. They said it might be caused by interference from my phone, but if so, something needs to be done about that because everybody has a phone in their pocket!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get into my room as soon as I arrived even though I was early. Breakfast was great, and the fitness center was open early enough for me to use it before I had to leave for the day.

I requested a room with a bathtub and received one, but it was tucked away in a back alcove near some utility rooms and quite hot. The TV was awkwardly placed facing the window and not the bed, making it impossible to watch.

This was a great location for the river walk and old town. The rooms were clean and comfy and we had the hot tub and pool all to ourselves.
