The room wasn't what I thought of for the price. Curtains had holes, pictures on the wall had cigarette burn and hung crooked,dusty lamps ,iron was broken and also sheets weren't changed. The property is dirty, the parking lot and the stairwell were nasty. The staff was very unprofessional and rude.

People arguing around the pool area ,cursing and swearing at each other .I believe one of the people envolved was a staff member because he offered me more towels when we got to the pool.

I didn't like that hotel at all because if the first person I run into walking through the door, the stay would have been terrible.

The Front Desk Clerk, Charlie ( spelled wrong) gave me problems from the start. Instead of telling me they were overbooked lied about my reservation and would not even accept my emailed reservation. It was not nice of her to do that because I had been driving for 12 HOURS!!!!!!

He smelt like urine and smoke as soon as you open the hotel door.. The room was filthy. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Dirty shower curtains. Hair in the bed. The receptionist told me they don't clean their rooms everyday. I wouldn't recommend a dog staying here let alone a human. It was awful. I left immediately.

Tried to overcharge initially. Breakfast very weak selection. Coffee urns often empty, even at breakfast. Knocking and banging going on behind back wall one morning, without stop for a couple of hours in earlymorning. And some knocking/banging other mornings. I stayed 4 days. Fortunately, I had to get up early to go work at a festival You can hear people talking ( and arguing) through the walls. Hot water tends to run out. Maybe they measure how much each room can have?

Good location! Initially, I was charged overpriced on arrival for my reservation. The Staff allowed me to rebook the reservation through booking.com to the lower rate per day that was online at that very moment, which was the same as I had THOUGHT i booked, before. Saved me about $100. Kinda weird tho. Ice machine works! Coffee was good, only weak on Sunday.

Front office registration staff were rude. They were rude during check in while there were more than a half dozen cops on premises with long riflles drawn who told me stay elsewhere, this location was "not safe." The hotele hotel manager would not allow me out of the registration despite the law enforcement presence.

Great question. I liked that I wasn't consigned to a stable, but other than that it is hard to determine "good" at this location. It failed to meet even basic expectations.

The comforters on the beds had cigarette burns, the phone hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, the full length wall mirror hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was a huge bug of some sort that appeared to be poison over the bathroom mirror and the floors wasn’t clean.

The room and property were terrible. This would be a 1 star hotel at best. There was trash, condoms and cigarette packs on the ground. The room had roaches, cigarette smoke smell, cigarette burns on the sheets, there was scratches, dents and marks on all the appliances including the lamp shades. We were moved to three different rooms because the 1st room looked like someone was still staying in it there was trash everywhere, open pizza boxes and the sheets were a mess. The second room wreaked of paint and smoke along with burns on the sheets and the TV had a black line in the screen. When we moved to the third room, it was just as bad. With the stone mountain pumpkin festival AND the 50th annual Celtic festival in time same weekend there was NOTHING available in the area so we were stuck. There was no hot breakfast other than a waffle or pancake and the the juice machine that was there had not replaced the orange juice so it was basically coming out like water. I will never be staying here again and will never go with a Quality Inn product in the future.

The location to everything to do downtown was the best.
