The linen was old greyish and limp - towels and sheets. The buffet breakfast was very limited.

The breakfast according the european standards war no to good. No cheese, no fresh foods, just prepared foods, no vegetable. Low selection of fruits. Everything in plastic. :(

Clean and comfortable rooms. However for tourist was not the best place to see Los Angeles, if you dont have car. Nothing is in walking distance. You need car or use uber. Bus transpartation is not for tourist. The bed is perfect and clean!!

Must make sure to ask to have room cleaned as don't don't it. Pool area lovely but less pots more room. Explain to guests another breakfast room is available rather then guests having to ask. Bottom dollar inform guests of things rather then presume they know

The breakfast was served on paper plates and we had to use plastic cutlery (not so eco-friendly).

The hotel had the classic LA vibe we were going for. Everything was clean and well kept. The pool looked lovely. As for the location, it’s right near WeHo and thus enough fun restaurants and bars.

Nothing we didn't in particular like, would have been good to see a few more restaurants around as we have a baby and weren't out late at night. Doesn't disappoint or take away from the hotel though. Would definitely stay again

Loved the staff! Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were great! We had a courtyard room with 2 beds. Super clean facilities and the beds were SO comfy and the shower was amazing! Vending machines on the levels if you're a bit peckish. Breakfast was simple but exactly what you need. Very fresh! There is a bad stop directly out the front which made travel very easy!

Felt the hotel grounds was a disjointed with rooms being down in the “basement”. Rooms are not ideal for family of four with teenagers. Nowhere to store luggage & had to rearrange furniture. We had some water issue with bathroom & adjoining carpet but they gave us a discount.

Great location, Ranch across road is worth the visit. Walk along Sunset Boulevard to Sunset Plaza, close to Starbucks. Breakfast was good - buffet breakfast. Room was okay, bathroom nice, had a little balcony.

The hotel was very clean, but a bit older/worn. The rooms could use an update. They were nice sized rooms, but the walls and carpets were a bit older...they were as old/worn in the hallways and also some of the common areas. If the rates were a bit less expensive you could accept this a bit more; however, this hotel charges as much as its competitors on Sunset Blvd. Even though you get complimentary breakfast, the rates were as high as some of their nearby competitor properties.

Breakfast was great, and there was a variety every day (not the same things served each day). Location was great, and the room had a small fridge, microwave, and Kuerig-style coffee maker. It was very easy to keep food/snacks in your room...not having to waste leftovers from restaurants. We were able to get snacks from local stores, including coffee that we wanted to brew. The hotel was very generous with their complimentary coffee, and housekeeping was very accomodating with any in-room requests.

Plastic cutleries and paper plates.

The pool and the surrounding area were lovely. Good breakfast was offered and we liked that you could take it to the pool side or to your room. Staff were very helpful and kind. 40 minutes walk from “the walk of fame” and No 2 bus stop is in front of hotel. Beverly Hills is similar distance. Many pizza places, restaurants and bars are within a couple of minutes walk.

Staff could be a bit more friendly perhaps.. We booked and paid for a room for three for fours nights .. they always left only two towels and every time we asked for a third towel, their response was never quick, we have to call back to remind them, or friendly as they always had an annoyed tone of voice like we were asking for the impossible ahah 🤣 The gym is super basic. 😢
