T.V. did not provide very many channel options. The pool gates were locked and every time that I wanted to use the pool I had to ask the front desk to unlock the gate.

Outdoor pool was great. Nice chairs and tables. I enjoyed the hot breakfast when many motels have eliminated that service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location offered a number of restaurants and Walmart was close by

I thought it was expensive for the quality of the rooms. The bathroom sink was really small and there was no place to set down your toiletries.

Breakfast was standard fare for this type of motel. nothing special. The location was great--right off I-40, which is the main reason I chose it.

Breakfast was early—6:30 - 8:30, but there was a good variety. The building probably wasn’t originally a Best Western but I liked the layout.

The location is great—easy access to I-40. I liked being able to park right by our door. It was quiet—even though we were near the main public area. The clerk, Linda, was so friendly and wanted to make sure everything was okay with the room.

Bathroom was dirty. Lobby was old and dirty. Access to our room was convoluted. No elevator. Breakfast was limited and area we ate in wasn’t nice.

We arrived 30 mins before check in with 2 toddlers that have been in car all morning, they would not let us check in “early” regardless of the situation. Went down for breakfast at 9:05 the kitchen was already empty cleaned & lights off when I asked if I could at least get a yogurt or anything for my kids I was told no that breakfast was 6-9AM.

Breakfast is not good and the rate to stay here is more than the Hampton Inn that's right next door.

Beds were comfy and it was pretty quiet. We love the grass space out back which makes it convenient to take our dogs pottie. The employees are super nice and friendly.

Uncomfortable bed, gross breakfast, high price.

Linda at the front counter was just a gem!!! Give that lady a raise, she made me feel like family. This is the cleanest place I've ever stayed including fancy resorts. The pillows are to die for... I'd love to smuggle them home with me. The bed was very uncomfortable, but the pillows made up for it. Quiet area and perfect location right off the highway in a safe area. A lot of grass nearby for walking our dogs. The breakfast was very disappointing as this place was more expensive than the Hampton Inn. At 7:30am, the only thing available for breakfast were a couple extremely wet, gray sausage patties... no thanks. I think the price is a little high for what they offer, but everyone's gotta make money. I would stay here again, just bring your own breakfast.

Booked a disability accessible room and he refused to give me one when I arrived despite my paid in full pre-paid booking that showed my room type AND despite me being disabled! Then he demanded a ‘security deposit’ for the same amount as an entire extra night’s stay!
