We kept the AC on through the night and it started to spill out pieces of ice onto the bed & There was no daily housekeeping service at this hotel. Our stay was 5 nights/6 days. I called the front desk on day 4 and they said they needed 24 hrs notice to send housekeeping so we said there was no point. I would of preferred to have housekeeping changing our towels & sheets, without having to ask - at least once during our stay.

The location on the Blvd allowed us to walk to and from the bars/restaurants during our stay.

It was extremely noisy morning, noon and night. My room was right next to where all the cleaning supplies were so there was so much going on. Walls are paper thin. I was also right above the restaurant below so it was just constant noise but I knew this going in. It is what it is. The room also smelled a bit....kind of musty. Also, because the doors are locked at 9pm I wasn't able to get in one night. I kept putting in my code over and over again and it wouldn't open. No one was around but maybe 10 mins later someone was walking by inside and let me in. Thankful for that one person or else I'd still be outside. :-)

Location is second to none. Staff was cordial. Everything in the room was fine.

The $30 parking is was what brought my rating down. You should not charge your paying customers to park their car to spend their money with you. It’s rude and bad service.

The bad reviews are a little too ridiculous. The location is just perfect. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s an old building and it has charm. It’s not brand new and that is what’s to be expected.

The room was smelling mold super bad. You needed an open windows to breathe. No air ventilation in the bathroom and window could not stay open so was getting even more humid after taking a shower. We had the room literally on top of a bar/restaurant so was noisy till late in the evening. The window was low and where the bed located, making in unsafe to sleep with windows open due to intense smell.

Safe location. Reception was available on our late arrival. Fast check in/check out. Bus outside of the hotel if needed and taxis easily available. Room was okay for few days.

First despite calling several time to confirm early booking around noon we did not get it. When we arrived we had to wait for almost 1h before a staff member even showed up at the front desk (and that's because I ended up using my data to contact the Sonder support on their app) and then they turned us away saying to come back around 3 and just kept our bags in the consignated area. When they "gave" us our room, slightly before 4, they only opened it up for us to drop our things saying something was still wrong with the AC and we had to come back later to actually get the code to the door and finish checkin. No idea if people did get into our room or not during that time... it wasn't a pleasant feeling anyhow. Communication was quite poor and confusing. And we were almost late to the concert because of those shenanigans... Also the window in the bathroom couldn't stay open and the room therefore lacked proper ventilation so the place was quite humid after we showered, which was not super comfortable. But at least the AC was fixed at that point... I found it quite expensive considering the service honestly.

Location was perfect considering I was attending a concert at the Troubadour accros the street. Room was clean and mostly comfortable once we got it.

Some of the reception staff think they are working at a high end club, unhelpful, blunt and really not bothered that you are a guest. No housekeeping during your stay (again, told this bluntly) so don’t expect clean towels. stayed on the lower floor and there is a restaurant right next to the rooms so music all evening.

The location is good for an LA hotel but that is about the only good thing I can say.

The room I stayed in with my family was above the resturant and so at night the heater from downstairs made the room extremely hot. Extra payments had to be made in order to get a cleaning service.

The resturant and lobby was really nice and so were the workers. Very helpful.

The neighbours were talking very loudly until 5 AM. The hotel staff should have made rounds in order to enforce quiet hours, but they never did. Also after check-out, I was billed an extra $114 without any notification or clarification. I asked for an explanation and I received no reply. I was however refunded the amount. It's not nice when the hotel bills you unexpectedly.

The location was great, and the room offered everything we needed. Valet parking was very convenient as well.

You can tell the place is old and is undergoing cosmetic changes. I believe some structural things should be addressed like old, smelly plumbing. Rooms are pretty small and there’s a $30 parking fee per night.

Convenient location, one of the best prices you can get in Beverly Hills for a family friendly place. The system populated wrong rooms for us, but the issue was quickly fixed by the front desk. The staff was very attentive.
