The humidity when it rains is unbelievable. The room they gave us was terrible. Please ask for photos before you booking. First floor rooms are a joke for the price. The walls and flor was really wet because the leaks. Horrible. Please! Is unbelievable it has the name of Sonder! Send a supervisor urgently!!

The room on the booking picture was definitely located on the second floor while we got the room on the first. Apart from that everything looked new on the photo while in reality it was quite worn out. In the area inside there is a restaurant and basically the room window is pointed to the restaurant tables meaning that we always had to keep the curtains closed and there wasn’t any daylight. The second thing is the noise from the ventilation when you turn on the light in the bathroom. It is very loud and you can also hear other guests doing the same.

I cancelled my reservation due to their inflexible rule of needing to send a government issued ID, credit card information and my telephone information in an email to them? Why would I do that and gamble on this sensitive information being compromised?? Clearly this is not a reasonable request to ask for this very sensitive information prior to checking into a hotel. With the rise of identity theft clearly this is not acceptable. And being told "we have very secure platforms" does not provide the assurance that my information would be safe.

They tried to give us a room that literally opened into the restaurant/bar/function area where the noise level was off the scale and apart from being shabby and dirty, the window and curtains had to be closed for privacy and security. When we refused this room, we were told we’d have to accept a different room each night . This ruined our trip as either we didn’t unpack, or had to repack to check out and later, check in each time, so we didn’t have a room during the days. Eventually we were given a room for 2 nights but first the sink leaked then the a/c poured water flooding the room and it took them the whole day to fix it so we had to pack again for security as our room was left wide open all day while being fixed. They offered a partial refund if we didn’t tell trip advisor or booking.com but after the last straw with the a/c and extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful reception staff, we requested a further refund as there had not been one single day where we had a room in which to go back to, relax and unpack properly. They refused.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Walking to Beverley hills is perfect. The roof terrace is a gorgeous spot to bake in the sun & look out. It felt safe.

Room feels tight, small. No easy access outlets to charge phone or other devices, bathroom sink was clogged.

Great furniture, beautiful decoration, close to everything we needed to do, window facing the patio, not the street (aka it was quiet to sleep). Great soap, with nice smell.

Don’t stay in Unit 10. You can literally hear the chattery from the front desk. Pretty easy to hear traffics from the highway as well.

The great position have the drawback of where you can park the car, So you must pay 30$ for night for the parking. The price after all is the better in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is in a great location, it has a super terrace in which you can hangout and take a quick lunch. The room is tiny but there is everything you need. Great value for money in LA

The only thing I would prefer is more counter space in the bathroom but the shelves helped the issue a bit so no biggie.

It was bright and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the courtyard was beautiful!
