Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesInternet/wifi poor across most of property. Bring bug spray n traps. Just changed mgmt when I arrived so staff was still learning checkin system, but they got it right after a few minutes.
Cable, has microwave and fridge, Staff earnest. Old worn property but new staff and management should improve it.

United StatesThe property isn't maintained and is messy. Also, there isn't hot water, the beds aren't comfortable, and the blankets need to be new instead of used and washed where they got holes. The towels need to be bigger, and a mat for the bathroom so we don't walk through the room on laminated tile, and it gets sticky.
I like the price I paid for the night on the weekend. Plus, I didn't have to pay a deposit, so that's a benefit for me and the others if they need room to stay for a night or temporarily.

United StatesThe property should be patrolled with a security guard. I did not pike the lack of a security guard. I did not like Trespassers staying over night in parking lot making noise and making me feel unsafe.
There was trespassers inside the property creating a disturbance in the parking lot. They did not allow for restful sleep. The door needs a replacement and room was a bit run down.

United StatesIt took a year for the remodel and a lot of rooms are not professional enough. The finished product wasn't done well it looks rushed and by the lowest cost company. Anyway, most people don't look at the details like I do and they would like the improvement. Watch out for the Hustlers, they cost a little and make problems to get you to trust them, then ripped you off. I know more after four years living in this motel. Amen.
I love the way the owner treated me. He made me feel special and wanted. He even asked me to move upstate near him. I told him I have a lot of work here for God and God wants me to do a lot. God is the reason, just look at the address to this motel: 333 Broadway. The numbers mean: The Father, the Sons and the Holy Spirit/Ghost. Awesome amen. Pastor Howard Johnson sends.
