I wish this hotel would've had a laundry room and cleaning people more strict when picking up the trash. Outside our room was a vending machine and ice machine, the trash can by that area was always full of trash to the point that people was leaving trash around it on the floor and did not look good or smelled goo and I couldn't purchased my coca cola machine took my money.

Staff member were so nice and helpful. I enjoy the bar area so much nice and relaxing. My friend and I stayed here to enjoy that area, we also went to Disneyland so the location was great

was wad of used gum on nightstand had to step into shower to turn on and got cold water until could turn to hot

I hated the breakfast. It was not worth 27.00 at all. The eggs were a bit overdone. The potatoes were just okay. The orange juice (at 27.00) should have been squeezed, but I was highly disappointed when I tasted it and it was not freshly squeezed. If it was, somebody lied.

room was comfortably spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style which I liked. Bathrooms were clean. Was an acceptable stay indeed.

The outside of the hotel is a bit outdated which looks like there has not been any kinds of improvements on the exterior for many years. One of the male receptionists after checking in and coming back to the hotel was a bit unattentive when asked for a dolly, he literally asked me to look for it in a side room next to the reception desk, very unprofessional. The walk from the lobby to the elevator is a bit far especially when carrying heavy bags. Also the elevator inside the door has quite a bit of scratch graffiti markings. The breakfast is not included and parking is charged daily though no security guard in the parking area. Also their gym is a bit small.

The hotel's interior lobby is nice and spacious, the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating plus you get a good chocolate chip oatmeal cookie at check in. They also provide a mini convenience store should you need a snack, drink or toiletries.The bar and diner is very well located and nicely kept. The guest room was clean and has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with a variety of coffee and tea selections. The view was good which looked directly at all the city's shops and residences There is ample parking.

Shower was terrible, noisy due to people staying after functions downstairs (not really hotel’s fault) , no laundry room onsite.

It could have been the weekend when they were low on stock in their snack room, because it was a little bare. Then again, I didn’t expect them to have a little store like that so it was also a plus

Overall, the stay was quiet, enjoyable with no issue. It was close to the freeway for easy travel, plenty of parking, and everything worked out great!

Paying for parking is ridiculous and s/be free. The hotel is next to a shopping center and there is tons of parking.

Some confusion in booking related to breakfast. Apparently you had it for 2 adults only. When we booked we only selected breakfast. No option to specify how many people. The case was argued over the counter but the manager dealt with it professionally. The front desk staff was treating us like we are lieing
