We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had 4 rooms for our family. One room had bugs in the bed. One room was in the very back and the 4 family members that were to stay there were very uncomfortable with 4 loads of immigrant workers who were pointing, jeering and very much into my 2 12 yr old nieces. 2 rooms were good. But since we were all traveling as a family we immediately checked out of all 4 rooms. The reservation was made through Booking.com and the amount was not supposed to be taken out until the day before we got there, it was in fact taken out 3 days before. At the time of checkout (total time at property 30 mins) I was told there was not a manager on duty to see about a refund. Pictures of the bugs were sent to the front desk clerk. I have since been in contact with Booking.com and Bonanza Imn and Suites and have been told I would get a refund for the room with the bugs(after inspection were not bed bugs). The refund for 1 of 4 rooms was supposed to be back within 10-15 days (Sept 26th was 15th day) have not received it yet. I am very disappointed with all involved that even 1/2 of the other 3 rooms cannot be refunded. I paid $652.78 for the 4 rooms. Yes the prices had been raised because of a concert in the area. But to be out $400.00 is ridiculous especially since none of the rooms were messed up. We had long enough to put our baggage in and take it out before the bugs and being uncomfortable were found out. I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED with BOOKING.COM & BONANZA INN AND SUITES. I will never use Booking.com again and absolutely will never even look at a BONANZA INN AND SUITES again!!!!

United StatesI used the iron and ironing board to iron my dress, (silk fabric). No matter how hot I turned, it was not working...the wrinkles would not disappear. I looked and the iron is smaller than normal. So I believe it was not effective since it is a small iron.
Our unit was very clean and roomy. I liked the mini fridge, large double table, and chaise lounge in the room. The king size bed was very comfortable!

United StatesWe were unable to connect to the Wi-FI. When we called to notify the front desk. They were very apologetic and said they would do their best to fix it. We were never able to make the connection. Considering this as, perhaps, a one time event, I did not let this effect my ratings on the other items.
Our check in went smoothly. The staff was terrific. We had a large room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet.

CanadaWe booked the Bonanza Inn and Suites in Yuba city and paid a premium over other hotels in the area because it included breakfast. We were given a tiny brown bag with a horrible never-out-of-date Danish, a peanut butter candy bar and a rotten orange - OMG what a terrible sad joke! They said that it’s because of Covid - we are on a one month road trip and all our other hotels that SAY they include breakfast provide an actual breakfast, booking.com guests be warned NOT TO STAY HERE. The pool was dirty and closed, beds were also hard with lead brick uncomfortable pillows.

United StatesBeda were not comfortable. There was no Wi-Fi, no lobby entrance. Pool and Spa was not working. all property was so dirty and squalid. Price was so high with respect to others. Heater was incrediable loudy . We needed to stop the A/C to sleep. Corridor and elevator was so dirty. They gave us a packagd as a breakfast including yogurt, 1 orange, 1 sneak and 1 cookie!!!!!

United StatesThe breakfast was a “Grab and Go” which I declined because of my diet restrictions. They were remodeling the breakfast area and this was all they offered. Very disappointed about this since I felt the cost of the room was breakfast included.
The location was good and was easy to navigate. Parking was good . It felt like a safe area.

United StatesWhen I booked the room and looked at the pictures, it is not the same as the photos. The facility on the website showed 3 floors and a swimming pool in the middle. This place was 2 floors without a pool, so I don't know what was displayed on the site. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire stay because the view was to the front door of an apartment building that was a very unpleasant scene.. One should not have to look at that scene from a Hotel room. This place was not worth $144 per night, I could not connect my HDMI and there was not any WIFI. That caused another inconvenience for my work. The carpet needed cleaning and the sticky stuff on my socks proved it. The online booking site gave me an option to check in from 12-1, but there was not any clean rooms until 3. The office finally got me in a room for an extra $10 ($154)-room upgrade rate, but I have no idea what the upgrade was. I was looking for something quite different than what I checked into, but I could not cancel my reservation. I was looking for something other than what I booked. The site landscape looked a lot better than what I booked.
