We loved our stay here! From the comfortable beds and welcome bubbly chilling in our room, to the spacious hot tub and well taken care of public areas, to the kind staff and easy check-in, it was all perfect. The continental breakfast (pastries, oatmeal, fresh fruit, cereals, mini quiches, juice,etc.) was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the evenings. The hotel is close to the beach and harbor and also a short walk to downtown and the Funk Zone. We went car-free and walked almost everywhere (there’s also a bus stop nearby which we appreciated - we took the bus to and from the airport with ease).

Hard to complain since they upgraded me to an extra large suite. I mean I guess if I had to pick something I would say that maybe the decoration in this particular room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading but again, it’s hard to complain when you’re in such a large room as big as a full apartment with a kitchen and full appliances.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the mini quiche. They had many choices from cereal to pastries, fruit, and eggs. I’m a Cookie Monster so any place that has free cookies automatically gets bonus points. I felt like I ate 23 cookies but it was probably closer to 12. The location was decent. Not on the beach but a 5 or 10 minute walk up the street will get you there. Also, happy hour was awesome, free wine and cheese and crackers. Perfect for a pre-dinner snack, and also free bike rentals….Need I say more? Lastly, the staff was next level customer service. we would have loved to have a grill outside on the patio area. also we would have loved to enjoy the hot tub inside the room, but the tub it self was not very clean.

We enjoyed every part of our stay, the room was amazing, the whole hotel was beautiful on the outside as well.

Construction on water pipes/pool area was going on and loud at times

Very close to beach and town quiet safe area, we were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was such a nice surprise and also given a bottle of champagne complimentary to welcome us! Very friendly staff, free access to bikes we made use of! All around excellent stay

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable, staff were accommodating and it couldn’t have been any better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, business or pleasure.

Sofa bed was loud with a thin mattress, but ok for kids. No deadbolt in door to stop toddler from being able to open.

Pool was heated, kids able to swim in cool weather. Hot tub was hot. Included complimentary wine and charcuterie every 4:30-6:30. Continental breakfast has a good variety and some hot food options.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. When we checked in, there was no one there. We had to wait for the concierge to return. When we came in for breakfast each morning, we were never greeted. The other guests were actually friendlier and spoke to us every time we saw them.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was basically an apartment with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom with a walk in closet. I do like to clean my room upon arriving to a hotel and it was already spotless. When we requested our room to be cleaned, they were so quick, but thorough! Breakfast was light (egg bites, yogurt, pastries), but very good. The location was awesome. Near the beach, gas stations, freeway, restaurants, and little markets. Probably the best hotel we've ever been to!

The pool was closed. The jacuzzi was working and a nice temperature but heavily clorinated.

Some rooms can feel a.little dark.

It feels very homy. The lobby has comfy armchairs by the fireplace. Guests gather there at happy hour for a sip of wine. Breakfast is nice. The staff is helpful. The king suite felt.like an apartment. It is large with a full kitchen. Bathroom was great with 2 robes. We loved borrowing the bikes for a ride along the shore.
