There was nothing nearby for food options

Was a bit disappointed that no one that worked at the resort was on site. Also the breakfast offered were very limited to someone that had dietary needs. I expressed this at the time of booking and was disappointed when I was grabbing breakfast foods. Understand that it was off season but should still have better options.

The fire places weren't out and the hot tub needed to be cleaned some one onto into it with feet and there was dirt in the bottom minor inconvenience

I found the rustic accommodations perfect for us. If you’re looking for upscale this isn’t it.

Beds were horrible. Sheets were yellowish and over washed and old. Curtains had stains. Dust under bed. Not clean enough.

Black mold

There was black mold on the tub , not good. All it needed was bleach and water to get rid of it. I'm not sure if we will be back. The breakfast was ok but no eggs and bacon. , if I had to give you some ideas. Clean off the deck for room 17 , and clean the tub.this would only take 15 minutes. The help there was a 10 very nice people.

Not the most comfortable beds, not great heat regulation in the rooms and guests can be very loud and act like the own the place which takes away from the coziness.

It is the third year we visit! Love the location and the coziness of the inn. Very good breakfast and staff is excellent too.

Quiet and comfortable farm style, real cozy, chill area, pool table, dining room. They also have a coffee station which is great the hostess gave us banana bread. And the Jacuzzi was really clean and hot.

Everything was super good, no complaints

Location is perfect for the people who wants to travel Manchester vermont, and any other nearby places. And about breakfast they give you was super duper awesome, we loved it .we will come again for sure whenever we have some work or visit over there .

Water pressure in shower was a little low a day vanity counter space small.

Staff was excellent guide to the local best spots. The area is one of my favorite parts of Vermont. I am a native Vermonter, now live in NC.

It’s a little dated but you can see efforts made to spruce it up

The hot tub was not clean enough for us to use it. We have one at home so we know what to look for as a clean hot tub.

1. No blinds in our window which holds the AC. doesn’t make much sense as you need the blinds to keep the morning sun out. 2. No blinds in the bathroom 3. The lounge / bar is closed and no staff on hand to assist. 4 kids running the hallways with no supervision. I know it’s not the hotels fault it’s the parents but with no one to enforce it I mentioned it.

I love the location. The back deck with fireplaces, wood fire pits and the large seating area / pub. Clean!!! And even with the lack of staff they do make it easy to check in, get towels and toiletries and all that.
