Cleaning fee is kind of too high for a studio. Especially for one-night stay.

Location is good because I needed to stay around Brighton Beach area.

I had a back surgery. Going up the stairs was ok. I could pull the bag. Going down, I asked a cleaning person for help. My bag is not heavy at all (but I had a surgery). But the cleaning person refused to help me take it down.

It was good for the value. Very close to where I needed to be for my event.

Im really not one to complain but I have stayed in this building before with a different owner possibly?! I found some things odd from last time. I never received any information about checking in. Figured I would receive a text or email from property management around 3 like I have in the past. I have used Airbnb, Vrbo and booking.com before and that was usually the case. I ended up arriving late due to some change in flights/delays. I called @ 10:30pm (they answered immediately)where they asked for me to send pic of cc that was used to book, license and confirmation number. Which if I would have known I had to do,I would have done much sooner then while I was standing in front of the building @10:30pm. The only reason I got this apt to stay in was to sleep. Now I have read in the past reviews that the bed was broken and the hosts response was that it was going to be fixed. Figured they would just replace the bed frame by the time I was there. The bed frame was not connected on either side of the bed and the slats under the mattress were all over the place. If I had traveled with my spouse there would have been no way we would have been able to sleep on the bed.

The property was clean and convenient. Owner responses were quick when needed.

Great experience and excellent location. Everything was included like in the hotel. Clean towels, soap, shampoo and clean bedsheets. Decor was modern and with flowers. Communication was great with the host.

Don't be fooled by the low price listed on Google and Booking. In reality, this hotel doubles the actual price by adding a cleaning tax, but the condo is still very dirty and uncomfortable. There is no coffee, nothing at all. Terribly inconvenient. Very disappointed with this visit. It's better to stay at another hotel.

The biggest negative in this room, and the reason for the rating, is the hygiene. Immediately when entering the room you are hit with a bad odor/smell. We have located the smell coming from the fridge. When opening the fridge it smells foul. Also the sheets and the pillows did not smell fresh at all (they were not dirty but it looked like they have not been freshly laundered). Also the bathroom is very dirty. The floor and shower were not cleaned properly and the shower curtain has big marks of fungus infestation. All these points are not difficult to fix, just properly clean the room and replace the fridge and showercurtain. We were also given only two roles of toiletpaper and two towels. We stayed for 12 days and this is ofcourse not sufficient. Although, we havent mentioned this to the owner during our stay, We took responsibility to buy a new towel and toiletpaper ourselves.

I really liked the room. It was relatively spacious for a studio eventhough the pictures are a bit misleading as it looks a lot bigger in pictures (this can be subjective ofcourse). The bathroom is very pretty and spacious and the bed is comfortable. Also the location is good. Within 5 minutes you are on a metro and within an hour in central manhattan. There are many conveniance stores, deli’s and restaurants closeby. The WIFI and TV were a good addition to the accomodation. The owner is responsive, one evening the wifi was not functioning and the owner repaired that very quickly.

Wi-Fi didn't work, the shower was broken and leaked from all sides, the TV also didn't work. the supervisor was not very friendly. demanded $200 for 45 minutes late check out

At first night somebody start knocking in the door. After 2 night I understand that my room was wrong and they send me in different apartment and it was my last night (thanks God) because bed was broken. It was insane.I will never stay there again.
