    The property is in obvious distress since Brookshire sold it, and renovation work is underway. At least I think it's underway, although we saw no evidence of work being done. Valet parking is no longer available. There is no coffee available in the breakfast area which offers a pretty pathetic selection of breakfast items. The Brookshire property has been our go-to property when we visit Baltimore, but we will rethink this choice in the future.

    the process of getting checked in, was put in a room with no head, then moved to another room with little heat. The manger told me the next day that for my trouble I would not be charged for the whole stay but I was charged and didn't get my security deposit back due to this. Will never stay again.

    doors slamming all night long, cracks in tile in bathroom, poor breakfast options not even worth it, other guests allowed to smoke directly outside of entrance so was greeted with smoke every time entered or exited, key card didn’t always work for elevator, front desk was not particularly nice, hallways very outdated but room was okay, overall felt dingy and wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

    Its close to the inner harbor and relatively cheap.

    i didn’t like a lot about the property. First, when i arrived there were many loiterers in the lobby. Second, the woman at the front desk gave my room to another guess, after i already pre-purchased the room. Third, the room my family and i were assigned to smelled like cigarettes and weed. My children and I are all asthmatic. I intend to call corporate because it was truly unacceptable.

    i love Baltimore. i didn’t really like anything about this property though.

    TV didnt work, was reported on the first day, nobody fixed. Microwave plate didn't move, making umpossible to use. Microwave, Fridge and all surfaces were not clean to a minimum standard. Room wasn't clean everyday. Need real pillow, they look like cushions size. Lifts and lobby were a bit shaby, needs improvement for sure. Breakfast in a bag I understand but the items were very unhealthy and low quality

    The bed was not comfortable, there were not enough bath towels, and the bathroom was tiny

    Some equipment was not working during our stay, including the mini fridge in our room, the ice machines (either floor), and the coffee maker in the lobby.

    The staff was exceptional—very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location too.

    I didn’t like the fact that I made my reservation and then couldn’t be accommodated because it got canceled. then I ain’t like how I wasn’t told that check out was at 11 and housekeeping came and open my door while I was still sleep. Didn’t knock or anything to let us know that they were trying to enter our room.

    It didn’t look like it did online. I was very disappointed. The ceilings were very low. It sounded more like an apt building than a hotel.

    The whole hotel needs a makeover. Carpets were dirty and water damage throughout the room. Poor patch jobs and the bathtub felt like it was soft and I for sure thought I’d end up in the room under me

    place was under construction and I had to switch rooms at one point. There was a hole in the wall, no toilet paper when I asked, and someone left dirty sheets with dog poop in the hallway for over 24 hours until I complained. Because of the location, lots of street noise

    Most of the lights in the room weren’t working so it was extremely dim, cheap carpet, looked way more modern & comfy in the listing, bed not even that comfortable, ice machine broken, just disappointing overall

    The room could’ve been cleaned better and the hotel shower was also filthy. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and had mold and food inside of it. The room was large but had bugs and flies roaming around.

    The room were very large but the fridge and bathroom weren’t clean. I was disappointed because the pictures of the room didn’t compare to the actual room.

    They didn‘t offer any towels in the bathroom. And they told us that they have troubles with the delivery of the breakfast so the included breakfast was cancelled

    Some people were smoking weed in the hotel and I had to ask to change my room… Not sue that’s the hotels fault but they need to have more strict policy for smokers or separate the smoking and non smoking rooms

    Room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had no remote for the tv. Our coffee maker had no filter basket and none could be found. The carpet needs to be washed!! Bathroom wallpaper is peeling. No soap, whatsoever. View of roofing paper/shingles on nearby roof was interesting. Freezer needs to be defrosted, badly. The building isn’t, really, ADA compliant, in my opinion. Just entering the building is an hassle. There’s no ramp at the front entrance. The back entrance has an hotel room reader that doesn’t work for the entrance. The reader is too high in a standard (no lift) wheelchair. The rear doors are impossible for a fully abled person to open, completely; never mind someone who has a motorized wheelchair to maneuver through that area. You need a working room card reader at a decent level. The wallpaper/decor needs a new interior designer. It’s depressing. Rooms should have at least a couple of glasses to drink out of for juice or milk. Even a “glass” in the bathroom. Choices for breakfast. I’m allergic to oranges and half of the “breakfast” included oranges. I ate a small strawberry yogurt. I know COVID-19 has changed the way you do things, but it might be nice to give guests a chance to have choices, which can be ordered when registering. Just a thought.

    Staff were very nice & tried to take care of our needs. The suite was sparse but comfortable & very roomy. We had an ADA room, which I could easily move my motorized wheelchair & still have room for my service dog. Refrigerator is surprisingly larger than expected. Queen size bed was very comfortable. Nice walk to Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, or the National Aquarium. There are many very good, affordable restaurants in the area. Have to give special kudos to Maiwand Kabob! Their food is wonderful!

    The sink in the kitchenette was super rusty, a/c broke middle of the night, the elevators broke sometime before check out, the water ran brown until you let it run long enough that it went clear.

    The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and the aquarium.
