Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe fragrance of what I believe was the cleaning agent was SO pungent that we could taste it... I initially thought it was stale cigarette smoke when we first arrived, (and it could have been a mixture of stale smoke and cleaning agent) but upon returning the following day after work, ran into a cleaner with a mop bucket and suspected it was the cleaning agent.... It was hard to breathe...

United StatesThe breakfast was not up to par. The eggs were cold; there was no milk for cereal; the orange juice did not taste good. We did like the yogurt.
When we first entered our suite, we found construction holes in the wall. The helpful desk person moved us to a great suite with a view of the inner harbor. That suite gave us plenty of room for the time we were there. The only problem in that room was no hot water the first morning.

United StatesThe property is in obvious distress since Brookshire sold it, and renovation work is underway. At least I think it's underway, although we saw no evidence of work being done. Valet parking is no longer available. There is no coffee available in the breakfast area which offers a pretty pathetic selection of breakfast items. The Brookshire property has been our go-to property when we visit Baltimore, but we will rethink this choice in the future.

The manger told me the next day that for my trouble I would not be charged for the whole stay but I was charged and didn't get my security deposit back due to this. Will never stay again.

United Statesdoors slamming all night long, cracks in tile in bathroom, poor breakfast options not even worth it, other guests allowed to smoke directly outside of entrance so was greeted with smoke every time entered or exited, key card didn’t always work for elevator, front desk was not particularly nice, hallways very outdated but room was okay, overall felt dingy and wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
Its close to the inner harbor and relatively cheap.

United Statesi didn’t like a lot about the property. First, when i arrived there were many loiterers in the lobby. Second, the woman at the front desk gave my room to another guess, after i already pre-purchased the room. Third, the room my family and i were assigned to smelled like cigarettes and weed. My children and I are all asthmatic. I intend to call corporate because it was truly unacceptable.
i love Baltimore. i didn’t really like anything about this property though.

BrazilTV didnt work, was reported on the first day, nobody fixed. Microwave plate didn't move, making umpossible to use. Microwave, Fridge and all surfaces were not clean to a minimum standard. Room wasn't clean everyday. Need real pillow, they look like cushions size. Lifts and lobby were a bit shaby, needs improvement for sure. Breakfast in a bag I understand but the items were very unhealthy and low quality
