Great family run hotel. The staff is very accommodating and made me feel welcomed. It is clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable at a reasonable price. Im glad I stayed here and will stay again when I'm in the area.

The Budget Inn on Lycoming Creek Road had no hot water and the Motel 8 in Montoursville had no WiFi or TV. Each hotel clerk spoke very little English. V were y difficult to understand what they were trying to say.

We originally booked for the Budget Inn on Lycoming Creek Road as it was near the hospital. I was having an early surgery the next morning. They had no hot water. So the sent us to Motel 8 in Montoursville.

Their website says handicap accessible and there is a ramp into the office but they tried to put us on the second floor and we told them I requested first floor because I am handicapped We asked if they have an elevator and they said they have stairs. They eventually gave us a first floor room but it had two double beds which is not what I booked. They also did not have coffee makers in the rooms and they no longer provide breakfast which is also on their website. They need to update their website so people know what to expect before they arrive. There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine on the property. There was also no blow dryer in the bathroom. I did not pack one because I have never been to any hotel/motel without one.

Absolutely disgusting. Look at the picture of the shower curtain. The towels smelled. There were bugs in the room.

The tub did not drain while showering. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The blanket was disgusting. There were cobwebs and spiders on the walls / in the room.

I booked a king room and they put me in a double with two beds. Had to ask to get my original room. Room was dirty and nothing on the walls except some holes and one picture above the bed. The sheets weren't very clean and there were many spiders and bugs in the room and bathroom. Asked for two pillows and they did not provide them. Followed up by going to the office and then we received them.

Had a drunk in next room yelling and screaming outside till 3am and banging the doors and walls keeping us up all night I was ready to call the police it was so bad . The whole area could hear the guy !

Budget inn at Williamsport was more than I excepted. Last min trip easy booking. The checkin was smooth. I am handicap and they was able to accommodate us with a handicap room. The room was clean and much bigger than expected.

2nd floor room, supposed to stay off steps but no rooms on 1st floor. Always request 1st floor but somehow didn't make it to hotel. Spider infestation outside room on porch ceiling. When I mentioned was told exterminator comes once a month.

No breakfast, just coffee and very poorly lit area. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Beds comfortable enough. Everything was clean

The room was dirty, the beds were terrible the mattresses were about as thick as a crib mattress. Had to get the air-conditioner fixed. I only stayed one night because it was so bad. I think I should be refunded for my stay and inconvenience. There was no continental breakfast. NOT EVEN COFFEE.

At check in we were fussed at because we got our room too cheap. This was a special event weekend and we made our reservations 9 months ahead of schedule. We booked a king sized bed and we were given a full size bed and they refused to give us a room with a larger bed. We went to the sign for a ice machine and it was not working. There was nothing in the bathroom to set toiletries or clothes on. The bed was very hard. We went out and purchased pillows and pillow cases to sleep on because there were only two pillows provided. The next day they changed the sheets and took our brand new pillow cases and replaced them with their standard issue cases. The light bulbs were out in the ceiling and we only had lamp light to see. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outdated, bathroom lighting barely existed, consistently looked for bed bugs. A few rooms must be occupied by section 8 housing. No signs to not be disturbed, so housekeeping tried to come in without knocking, door of course was locked that's when she identified herself. Piece of paper asking for $$$$. I would not recommend or would return.

One of the staff trying to get in my room without permission. He could have been shot. The freezer had no room for any food or ice because it was in such a state of requiring defrosting. There was a coffee machine but no coffee in the room nor the lobby. Personnel could not be located in the lobby. The ice machine looked as though it hadn’t worked for years. No shampoo provided. I guess you get what you pay for.
