A garbage collection area that was not in the hallway by the elevators would have been preferable. Because this is an extended stay property and people cook in their rooms, the smells converged in an unpleasant way.

This Candlewood is an extended stay location which provided guest laundry facilities and in-room kitchen facilities. Our room had dishes for 2, an induction hotplate, a full-sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The desk/dresser area was very convenient as well.

The room was fantastic, more room than I needed and so quiet. The hotel was completely booked but you never heard doors opening and shutting or people being loud. And the laundry facility-was extremely helpful in my situation.

Wish I could have stayed longer - we didn’t arrive at hotel until 1:00 AM after returning from a full day trip to the Arctic Circle, and unfortunately had to leave for the airport the next morning at 6:30 AM.

Helpful and friendly staff, nicely set up hotel and room, clean. We liked the studio setup for long stays, and will definitely keep Candlewood Suites in mind for future trips.

There was a bit of a weird smell in the hallway, which would get into our room.

Our sheets were dirty when arrived. Scheduled a shuttle to airport a 2 days ahead but they advised we weren’t on their schedule. They did take us eventually. Manager took three of us himself. Without a car very limited

This is picky, I know, but there were no wine glasses and only 2 water glasses with the dishes. Very small inconveniences, but still…very easily fixed.

Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

No complimentary coffee. Bed too soft. Ran out of my favorite croissant, egg and sausage sandwich. Everything too expensive. Is this enough yet?

I ate breakfast sandwiches and yoghurt from a convenience store, some fruit and berries from Walmart. Used the dishes, fridge and microwave.

No breakfast, no lobby coffee (out of order) only in your room all else is for purchase. No pool, filtered water in the rooms.

Nicely situated for travel to local shops, the hot springs, and restaurantes. Washer/Dryer facilities free, exercise room, kitchenette with way to cook in your room, Great night shades. Shuttle to and from the airport free. Price is high for no breakfast offered with the stay. But overall safe, clean, and nice.

The hotel website says that there is transportation from the airport. I called to get transportation and was told a shuttle would arrive at 1:30pm. I called back and was told the shuttle couldn't operate until 3pm and that taxis were not available either. I was also told I would be reimbursed for a ride. I tried Uber, Lyft, and taxis - no one was available. Finally, I found one rental car left and rented a car for the day I was there. That was a bit frustrating - and when I checked in, there was no offer of any sort of reimbursement...

The room was great - good space and amenities. Staff was polite and helpful.

No cleaning during the stay (totally understand), wish there would be more trash bags and coffee, and enough bathroom supplies(we had no conditioner), so we don't have to ask for it.

Good desks and chairs setup for work/study. A small kitchen with microwave and fridge. Onsite laundry, a small convenient store. Friendly and helpful front desk. Clean.
