Loved the location, so close to Santa Cruz boardwalk and though we did arrive a bit late the front desk helped us so much! We originally got a one queen bed for me, my husband and daughter but they generously upgraded us to a two queen bed so our daughter can have her own space.

It had no amenities ice machine, pool nothing… he didn’t inform me about the 1 car psrking no receipt showing that either . 4 cars in the lot and he had my daughters car towed as it was a surprise visit…453.00 to get it out of tow.

The room was filthy. Had hair in the shower, dust everywhere, television didn’t work, dirty floors. Not sure when the last time the room was cleaned. Did not change bedding or provide towels- only after our stay ended. Drugs being used outside our room

I needed one night stay, and a next day check out of 2:00pm. I was charged another whole day rate which was extremely expensive for this low rent facility. No counter space for my work. I was unhappy with price

We had a little trouble operating the TV but the owner came and helped us understand how to work it - and BTW a big, nice TV with surround sound in the room and we enjoyed watching it.

The owners are very nice people and helped us with on-site parking (I have a large pickup truck) and the room was clean and fresh. I appreciated the fact that they allowed us to checkout an hour after normal because I was not able to return from the Wharf-to-Wharf race (buses took a long time to return back to SC from Capitola). I was not charged extra for this courtesy.

Absolutely nothing the place is crumbling extremely dangerous had the smoke detectors in our room covered and taped up with a plastic bag animal hair on pillows surprised booking hasn’t been sued for even offer a place that is not in anyway up to code also I have pictures I will be posting with this we actually didn’t stay the night we’re out 200 more dollars to get a different hotel for the night

Extremely disappointing for the price. We were in CA for two weeks and this was by far the most expensive room. It's just a basic motor inn - no reason to charge so much. One of the towels had dark spots that looked like mold. Otherwise the room was clean enough but overall the property has a seedy feel to it.

It was disgusting. There were only two towels in the room for 4 guest. One of them wasn't even washed. There were obvious signs of something red and chunky having been cleaned with the towel. There were no washcloths. When we asked for them they said they don't have any. The beds were so terribly uncomfortable. Parking and leaving the parking lot were terrible.

Location is perfect. There blocks to beach. Close for quick walk but far enough to be away from crowd and noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Fluffy towels and stand up shower (not a bathtub).

Train maids to clean...change hardware on tubs clean mop floors don't leave dirty rags on walkway ,,, the first bed had hair on the sheets like it hadn't be changed the other looked better the carpet is disgusting n bathroom counter was dirty as the doors walls qqqqqq curtains had holes

I was placed at the very end of the building, right next to the street with sirens and people street racing. The shower was filthy with stains on the shower curtain that are definitely washable, someone else's hair and snot on the wall, and it took at least 10 minutes to get any amount of warm (not hot) water.

Should remodel or tear down. Extremely!!! noisy street intersection. Very few guests on a Friday night. No closet or ANYTHING to hang up clothes. Areas look unsafe.
